Pros:

There's nothing I can dislike about this house, everything was amazing, room, location, gorgeous garden decorated with lights , toilets and shower room was so clean and the best thing, the owner lady has put lots of different face cream, face wash etc which can be used by anyone, it's hard to not mention kitchen, me and my friend made tandoori chicken and the fridge has everything to prepare our recipe and she said we can use anything we want, she is extremely generous and has lovely heart ❤. To be honest I want to go again and enjoy my day once in the future. .

Awful customer service, would not recommend
Cons:

We had agreed an arrival time. I rang the Ring doorbell several times over 20 minutes. There was no response. I had somewhere to be so I left and tried to cancel my booking. I was rudely told, “I suggest you return to the property and ring this mobile number and I will let you in.”

Can’t comment as we checked out right away and we haven’t really spend a day in the flat as when we checked in we realise that there is someone there already .

Cons:

It’s a shared accommodation and have lots of personal things from the owner .
