En Sevilla por primera Vez.
Pros:

La habitación muy buena para dos personas cómodamente, con baño interno y privado, también tenia armario, frigobar, hervidor de agua y tazas. La cama cómoda para dos personas, la ubicación excelente en un barrio muy bonito, con bares y restaurantes alrededor. nos permitio movernos a pie a los principales lugares de interés, la comunicación con el encargado fue por whatsApp y esta fue bastante amena y oportuna, sin duda, recomiendo el lugar y espero volver nuevamente.

Cons:

Básicamente la habitación es Húmeda, tratamos de regular la húmedad del ambiente con el aire acondicionado , pero también se entiende que es parte del clima. Como sugerencia falto dejar unas bolsas de té y/o sobres de cafés, ya que no habian y tiempo para ir a un supermercado para aquello no nos dio, y sinceramente en las noches teniamos ganas de tomar un té. Todo lo demás excelente.

Sitio con mucho encanto y tremendamente bien situado
Pros:

El apartamento está situado a dos pasos de la Alameda de Hércules y muy cerca de zonas interesantes de visitar.
Además, Francisco fue tremendamente servicial. Si volvemos a Sevilla seguro que repetimos.

La ubicación. Era una habitación chica pero tenía todo lo necesario (pava eléctrica, secador, tazas, frigobar, microondas).

Cons:

El colchón necesitaría un cambio, no tiene servicio de limpieza, no tiene en la puerta un cartel con nombre del lugar porq cuando llegamos no sabía si estaba en el lugar indicado.

La ubicación y la tranquilidad. Pese a estar en el centro se está muy tranquilo. No se siente a nadie más en el edificio y tiene ventana de climalit. Por lo que no se escucha nada. Francisco muy atento y agradable.
Fácil acceso con la llave en la taquilla y con código.
Tiene un pequeño frigorífico en el armario, hervidor de agua, microondas, y algunos utensilios (vasos, tazas y cubiertos), lo que fue una grata sorpresa.

Cons:

Aunque al final no podríamos haber entrado antes, me parece que el checking a las 16'00 es muy tarde. Y aunque parece una tontería, pongo como recomendación que aunque sea por un día, debería haber más de un unico rollo de papel higiénico.
