Pros:

Nos gustó mucho la ubicación. Está apartado de todo el bullicio y con muy buenas vistas. En 7 minutos andando por las vías del tren estás en el centro.
El desayuno muy rico y completo. La habitación grande y cómoda, y con mosquiteras. Y los anfitriones, aunque no saben mucho inglés, son muy amables y acogedores.

Cons:

Falta de limpieza, tanto de la habitación como del aseo. Y una gran cantidad de moscas en el patio (aunque claro, estaban por todo Ella).

A beautifully located guesthouse with a fun walk into town, doubly good for train enthusiasts
Pros:

A great location with a very fun, unconventional walk along the railway tracks into the main town itself. At night once the house is lit up, it’s a lovely place for a beer or a tea. Cosy beds for the ever so slightly cooler climate of Ella and very close to town

Cons:

The flies bugging you in the personal space were far too much in the day, often exceeding 15+ over breakfast or during the afternoon, it didn’t really feel possible to relax at the front of our room which was a big reason we picked the guesthouse

Relax nella natura
Pros:

Forse la migliore struttura dove abbiamo alloggiato fino ad ora. Immersa nella natura. Con un giardino che ha tutte le piante da frutto e una bellissima famiglia ospitante.


Zona tranquilla, lontana dal caos dei bar di Ella, ma a 5 minuti a piedi in piano.

Camere molto pulite e dotate di tutto il necessario (anche phon, cosa non scontata).

Non c’è aria condizionata, ma è piuttosto fresca la città, quindi con solo ventilatore va benissimo.

Il personale gentilissimo e disponibile, su richiesta, vi preparerà un’ottima e abbondantissima colazione! Offrono anche servizi di taxi e tuk tuk.

Cons:

La strada per arrivarci è semplice e breve, ma inadatta a chi dovesse avere problemi di deambulazione e magari anche a chi ha bambini
piccolo. Sì seguono le rotaie e di notte e buio.

Esperienza simpatica invece per chi non ha problemi di deambulazione e porta una torcia.

Nice and quiet stay at unique location!
Pros:

Nice room at a remote location next to the train tracks. A small walk back to the city centre. Bring some lights if you walk back at night. Beds are comfy and the hosts are really nice and friendly. It is a fun experience when the famous train passes by next to your porch.

They do not speak English really well, but still can help you out!
