El trato del personal es estupendo.

Cons:

Es pura humedad, la habitación que nos tocó es insoportable , aunque el trato del personal fuera estupendo no es posible acabar la estancia allí.

Fantastic experience from start to finish!
Pros:

The rooms were spotlessly clean, incredibly comfortable, and beautifully designed. Every single staff member we encountered was welcoming, polite, and went out of their way to help. The location was also perfect—close to everything but still quiet enough for a peaceful night's rest. The breakfast buffet had an amazing variety of fresh and delicious options. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a flawless stay. Will definitely be back!
