The front door handle was broken and lock therefore did not work. Whenever you tried to lock the door, the handle came off! Literally anybody could have walked in off the street.
I was told the lock on my bedroom door was all that I needed!

Also, the lady "looking after" the place seemed to have friends/family in every night eating dinner. They also left rubbish on several occasions, which I had to discard of. She also took up parking space so I could physically not enter.

There was also half cooked meals and food stored in fridge, some of which smelled.

There was also a crack down my bedroom door.

Casa molto sporca, cucina molto unta e sporca. Le serrature sono difficili da aprire e chiudere nonostante il tutorial, molte cose rotte e trasandate. Cattivo odore all'ingresso e piano terra. Oggetti personali sporchi lasciati ovunque, in bagno, in cucina. Personale completamente assente e non disponibile a rispondere subito in caso di necessità (ci hanno cambiato camere 3 ore dopo l'arrivo perché la abbiamo trovata aperta e non ancora ripulita e cambiata)

The house is quite run down and could do with some care, for example the front door handle was falling off and the internal doors were very stiff. The oven was not working and looked dirty although there was a microwave. The labelling of breakfast foods could be clearer - although cereal and bread were laid out it was not clear whether guests could use milk or jam as it was in a fridge with other personal items, some of which were significantly out of date.

There was no key box outside to collect keys from.
The front door was open. I walked in and found my room.

I had no keys for my room. There were none in the room.
I was not given keys by the couple running the accomodation.
I forgot to ask them for keys as I assumed they would be around.

I went to leave the building to get something from my car but found I was locked in the accommodation with no keys to get out. The couple seemed to have left and locked the front door. The back door was also locked.

I had to wake up another resident who had keys to open the front door and then sleep with the front door slightly ajar all night so I would be sure to be able to get out in the morning.

Front door was "dodgy" to open as the handle was very loose. The kitchen/dining room was untidy, dirty dishes in the sink. The conservatory was a no-go zone due to laundry. The breakfast was very basic- cereal or toast but no butter.

Das Einchecken ist ein Erlebnis! Man bekommt schon eine Anleitung wie die Tür funktioniert um es zu schaffen, jedoch hatte ich trotzdem mehrfach die Türklinke in der Hand... Die Stufen im Haus sind ziemlich steil

Every door in the place seems a little janky. Remember to take your room key if you go to the bathroom as the room door has a snib and can lock you out.

The bathroom drainage had some hair strands stuck to the drain, making it not look nice, though the water was going through, just didn’t have a good look.

Nothing comes to mind

I had to spend over 1.5 hours to be able to get the key for my room. The code they sent it was wrong Several tries to get in contact with the person responsible for the place, and I was lucky that some relatives of the person responsible were having a room there too. Overall a stressful experience to start not being able to get the key and get inside the room. After just under 2 hours of struggle I managed to get the key and be able to get inside the room, another problem showed along. The central heating was faulty and we had no hot water or heating for the room. That got solved in the end and everything was alright after. This is not my first stay in the place. My very first time I had problems finding the key box to get the key from inside and I've spent 2 hours to get in contact with the person responsible but no success! I had to check every corner of the yard and the building to find the key box. The person responsible only contact me 2nd day in the morning.
