Good value of money
The only advantage of this accommodation is the location—everything is within easy reach on foot or by bus, and if you have a car, it's even better. As for cleanliness, it was a complete disaster. The shared areas were a total mess. In the kitchen, the microwave was probably the only thing working—the regular oven hasn't been functional for at least a few months, the dishwasher looked dreadful, and I wouldn't even dare to put my clothes in the washing machine. The only good thing was the price, but even with a low price, basic cleanliness should still be maintained. If you are looking for a cheap place to crash quickly, it's doable, but we definitely do not recommend it for a longer stay.

Nothing, it was a great experience
Very convenient for bus links, especially to the airport. The Ember bus stop was just 1 min from the accommodation and the main route for most city buses. Was a very simple room (but description did say that) but ideal for me needing just a bed for the night before flying the next morning. Host was very kind and understanding. Prepare yourself if you have lots of heavy luggage that the room is up a curved staircase.
Just a personal preference, the room had a very small mirror in it. Granted the bathroom had a bigger one but for travellers who might be more inclined to stay in their room, a larger mirror might be a consideration. For those wondering about the view. There was no view as room had only a skylight.
Convenient to have a kitchen to cook and you can save some money compared to eating out.
Rooms are bit old fashioned and not so super clean.
Spacious room
The front door handle was broken and lock therefore did not work. Whenever you tried to lock the door, the handle came off! Literally anybody could have walked in off the street.
I was told the lock on my bedroom door was all that I needed!
Also, the lady "looking after" the place seemed to have friends/family in every night eating dinner. They also left rubbish on several occasions, which I had to discard of. She also took up parking space so I could physically not enter.
There was also half cooked meals and food stored in fridge, some of which smelled.
There was also a crack down my bedroom door.

Casa molto sporca, cucina molto unta e sporca. Le serrature sono difficili da aprire e chiudere nonostante il tutorial, molte cose rotte e trasandate. Cattivo odore all'ingresso e piano terra. Oggetti personali sporchi lasciati ovunque, in bagno, in cucina. Personale completamente assente e non disponibile a rispondere subito in caso di necessità (ci hanno cambiato camere 3 ore dopo l'arrivo perché la abbiamo trovata aperta e non ancora ripulita e cambiata)
