Pros:

Že prvi kontakt je bil zelo pozitiven in prijazen. Zelo prijazna gostitelja. Dobro označena pot. Na mirni lokaciji. Ponudila sta pijačo dobrodošlice. Jedilnica vedno odprta za čaj in sadje. Zajtrk je bil bogat in okusen. Res lepa izkušnja.

Charming and pastoral
Pros:

We slept only one night but we enjoyed the beautiful garden and the hospitality of the Leban family. The place is close to the highway and somehow distanced and quiet. Highly recommendable.

I liked everything. The facility, the design of the villa, the owners, the landscape, the view from terrace, the breakfast. It is a piece of paradise in the middle of nowhere. An oasis.

Zadovoljen. Cena brez zajtrka bi lahko bila malo nižja oz. zajtrk vštet v ceno.
Pros:

Zajtrk odličen. Dogovoriš se lahko za bolj zgodnjo uro. Sprejem z kozarcem dobrega vina.

Fantastyczni, gościnni i pomocni gospodarze. Piękny, komfortowy pokój z tarasem i pięknym widokiem. Wspaniały wielki ogród. Doskonałe śniadania.
Chciałabym tam wrócić.

Pros:

Das Hotel liegt in der Natur und ist sehr ruhig. Unser Zimmer, mit einer schönen Terasse mit Aussicht auf den Berg und die Natur war sehr schön. Das Bett war sehr gemütlich, man konnte dort sehr gut schlafen. Im Bad auch alles vorhanden. Die Dusche ist für eine Person ausreichend. Zimmer, Bad, war alles sauber. Das Frühstück sehr gut, die Betreiber fragen nach was man mag und geben sich wirklich Mühe. Wir waren zum Kurzurlaub dort. Mein Partner ist vom Lijak Berg mit dem Gleitschirm geflogen. Die Landebahn ist ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. In der Nähe der Landebahn ist auch der schöne Lijak Fluss. Die kleine Stadt Nova Gorica ist auch nicht weit. Es gibt in der Nähe noch viel anderes anzuschauen oder man kann schnell an das Meer fahren. Beim nächsten Mal. Wir kommen wieder. :)

Very nice stay with lovely hosts. We received a welcome and goodbye gift which was very sweet of them.
The room with terrace was great. Comfortable bed and everything you need.
The breakfast was really good. A lot of different options and fresh out of their garden.
Both hosts are really kind and want to make the best stay out of it.

Cons:

Sometimes some motor cross nearby which can be annoying when you sit outside.

Staff Gentile professionale, tutto molto funzionale, pulito e ordinato, stanza con un bellissimo terrazzino arredato con vista sulla sul frutteto, posto moto coperto, colazione anche se a pagamento ottima e super abbondante ( 10 euro spesi bene ).
Consigliatissimo!
