Casa de Mármol es un alojamiento familiar muy acogedor y no podríamos haber estado mejor. Irma es una bellísima persona y está siempre atenta y dispuesta a ayudar en lo que sea. Yo me puse enferma durante mi estancia y me cuidó y estuvo pendiente de si necesitaba algo siempre. El desayuno es casero y completísimo. Muy buenas recomendaciones locales y consejos sobre como moverse por Riobamba o alrededores. Muchísimas gracias Irma!
La ubicación no está 100% en el centro pero se llega caminando en 10-15 minutos. Para nosotros no fue ningún problema.
Irma et sa famille nous ont accueilli avec une gentillesse et une générosité rare. La chambre est spacieuse, très confortable et très propre, nous avons été ravis de notre séjour. Mention spéciale pour le petit-déjeuner copieux et délicieux !

Great family-run hostal in Riobamba. We stayed in the mini-suite on the top floor : large room with kitchen area, great beds, very good shower. Irma and her family immediately make you feel at home. We got plenty of information about local dining options, shops, guided tours, etc. Wonderful breakfast with fresh products. There is a paid closed parking available very close to the hostal.
The stairs are quite narrow, so getting our heavy suitcases to the top floor was a bit tricky.

Accueil aux petits oignons ! Irma est une hôte très gentille et prévenante. Elle nous a permis de profiter de notre chambre avant l'heure officielle de check-in. De nombreux communs accessibles à tous. Petit-déjeuner délicieux !
L'isolation phonique des chambres sur l'extérieur et vis-à-vis des autres chambres est vraiment très faible. On entend tout.
It is the best place to stay in Riobamba. It is not just a stay it is local family experience. One of the most attentive, kind, supportive people which I met. I’m super thankful for everything what they ve done for me. And the room are comfortable and clean.

Impecablemente limpio, con un ambiente acogedor como en casa, un desayuno excelente y un personal maravilloso. Si necesitan hospedarse en Riobamba por trabajo o descanso, lo recomiendo al 100 %.
