Will not stay there again.
Pros:

Location is central.

Cons:

Tiniest room I have stayed in, I am 115 lbs but had to walk sideways between the bed and the "kitchen" area. The light had to remain on all night in order for the ceiling fan to work. When inquired, we were told that that was how the electrician chose to fix it. And that was why there is an extra floor fan in the room, when most other rooms only had 1 ceiling fan.

We stayed on the 5th floor, and lugging the luggage up and down with no elevator was rather difficult. But that is my bad fir booking last minute and theisying did say no elevator.

Excellent location and host, clean room, rather cramped, and up a flight of stairs
Pros:

The Gasthaus's location is really excellent if you want to be in the Old Town. The room was spotless, and the staff very welcoming. We met the owner and she could not have been more pleasant and helpful. Thank you Claudia

Cons:

We are 2 seniors close to our 80s, and the fact that the room was up one flight of stairs, carrying our bags is not ideal. We did know there was no lift, this was not a surprise. The room however, for us was a bit cramped, the large bed taking up most of the floorspace, but well stocked and very clean and tidy, the bed was comfortable.

unbedingt darauf achten, dass Boiler im Badezimmer angeschaltet ist, sonst kalte Dusche!

In verwinkelten Gässchen im ruhigen Teil der Altstadt unterm Nonnberg gelegenes Aparthotel mit Schlüssel im Schlüsselsafe, Enge, aber nette Zimmer in spätmittelalterlichem Gemäuer

Cons:

Kein warmes Wasser zum Duschen am Morgen, da Boiler im Badezimmer nicht angeschaltet war.
Vor der Anreise eine Lawine an Messages mit unnötigen touristischen Informationen

Schönes, modernes und günstig gelegenes Appartement in der Altstadt.
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage in der Altstadt. Gute Unterstützung durch die Vermieter. Nette Lokale in der Nähe. Frisch renoviertes Appartement. Recht klein aber modern ausgestattet.

Cons:

Deckenventilator ist an Vorzimmerlicht gekoppelt, d.h. kann in der Nacht nur mit Licht genutzt werden.

1 nuit à Salzbourg
Pros:

Bien situé, dans le centre historique, literie confortable.
Nous avons laissé nos affaires dans l'entrée quelques heures et les avons récupérées sans souci.

Cons:

Nous pensions qu'il y avait une cuisine et un salon partagés mais ce n'est pas le cas. Nous avions mal regardé et le nom Guesthouse nous a induit en erreur, en réalité ce sont des appartements, nous avions le "studio", qui en réalité est une petite chambre. C'est bon pour une nuit, mais pas plus.

The location is amazing right in the city center

I don’t think it’s fair not to be able to arrive after 11pm, even if there is no reception.

Didn’t like that the windows couldn’t stay open when we were out. As when you return it’s really hot and stuffy in the room especially with it being a small room.

Espace très petit pour 2 personnes ( impossible d’ouvrir tôt 2 valises en même temps)

Authentic place in the old city
Pros:

Charming building and room, renovated, nicely decorated and cleverly organised, although small, everything is there (including fan, which was enough even for very hot days over 30), in an old historical building. I stayed there tree times and will come back. Wi-Fi works fine. Check-in clearly explained in e-mails. Good contact with the owner, immediate answers (but I had no problems actually).

Cons:

Room very small but ok for one. Noisy in the evenings if windows open but the earplugs are enough.
