Pros:

Thanks a lot of Mrs Kalliopi. She is very hospitable, friendly and I would definatelly recomend to stay in her appartment. Kalliopi gave us tips for restaurants and made our trip live like a local like. The appartment is located couple of minutes away from city center and sandy beach.

For a short or one night stay esp for solo traveller it is ok, otherwise there are better options in the area
Pros:

Location at the town center and close to the beach. Wifi internet smooth. Clean and serviceable for a short stay

Cons:

One room in multiroom appartment. No kitchen, there is shared bathroom, but no balcony to dry clothes. Parking places either to pay for or further away.

Pros:

Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία, μέσα στην πόλη του αγίου Νικολάου.. Όλα ήταν πολύ κοντά. Η κυρία Καλλιόπη πολύ εξυπηρετική, ευγενική, ομιλητικη και αυζητηαινη. Ωραίο καθαρό δωμάτιο, όπως και το μπάνιο κια οι υπόλοιποι χώροι.

La personne qui tient l’hôtel est très serviable, très gentille et souriante. Elle nous a donné pleins de conseils sur où aller, quoi voir…

Location location location (and the most awesome people)!
Pros:

The location was central to everything, the hostess was helpful and very thoughtful and so encouraging! There is a lovely grocery store right across the road with the sweetest staff. I get lost really easily but was actually able to find my way back to my awesome room often without my phone to guide me.

Cons:

I honestly can't think of anything.

Pros:

Beautiful simple and clean room, perfect located - close to the center and sea but in a quiet area. The shared bathroom was very clean and equipped with all needed accessories. Kalliopi is a very pleasant and friendly person, very receptive regarding the guest needs, giving the best recommendations about Agios Nikolaus attractions and beaches.

Cons:

The room gets warmer quite easily during the night, so keeping the aer condition open is mandatory. If you prefer fresh air and the windows open, you need to be ready to accept some mosquitos.

A convenient location with a warm shared apartment room.
Pros:

Ms. Kalliopi, the landlord, is very warm and friendly. She provided us with lots of information about transportation and tourism. The location is by the seaside, which is very convenient for swimming. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Cons:

There are mosquitoes at night, but that's not the host's fault—it's because we left the windows and doors open. Ms. Kalliopi kindly reminded us to close the windows in time. In the end, we managed to get rid of the mosquitoes.

Cheap stay in the center
Pros:

Location very good
Good wifi
Big room
Cheap stay

Cons:

Parking isn't part of the facilities, so you have to find one (we luckily found one in a free parking lot 5 min walk).
Bed and pillow not comfortable.
No one was really around to ask for anything or any questions..
