Pros:

Staff were very helpful with organising transfers even before we had checked in and answering all questions. They went above and beyond, staying back ti check us in even when our flight was delayed. Great location, very close to the river and dragon bridge.

A little oasis in the centre of DaNang
Pros:

Great location in the centre of DaNang very close to the airport and the dragon bridge .
Staff were very good at communicating and provided lots of local information. Incredible value for a family of 4. Very family friendly.
Thank you Lada. We enjoyed our stay.

Cons:

Unfortunately the cafe didn't open on the top floor this morning when we went to get some drinks. So we went out instead.

Fantastisk lille hotel midt i byen, med kort gåafstand til det meste. Venligt og imødekommende personale. Hotellet har en skildpadde, en hund og en kanin som går frit og er tamme.

Really good location with excellent restaurants nearby. Lovely staff. Very nice room.

Pros:

From the minute we entered the gate we loved the welcoming atmosphere. The garden was beautiful, the dogs, rabbit and turtle were the absolute best! The service was excellent.
The decor was original and minimalist in style. It was a great location. We received a welcome letter and a thank you letter when we left.
It was a great accommodation choice for 2 parents and young adult children.

Cons:

The only thing that could be improved was the window coverings could have been block out.
