Pros:

Everything unique except the approaching road of 5km is off road and we were stuck in mud while returning from the zostel.

not good management
Pros:

i want to start with staff was really helpful and the most understanding chef and great food.

Cons:

but mangement was crap. everything was expensive if you will order in hotel room there is 18% gst charges but in lawn it is waived off. so many rules and no help from management. the property was far they should mentioned that more clearly. we were given attict it was not looking like crappy room but other room was fine.

Pros:

Food and maybe the remote location but the property is not easily accessible and quite downhill from Mashobra.

Cons:

Not a spec of Zostel in it except the signboards. Pls do your research before booking.

We had a restful and peaceful stay which is what we were looking for.
Pros:

Location is good, peaceful. Nice view from the rooms. Garden space is very nice to chill and for children to play.
Room was spacious and clean. Food always fresh and good and fast to be served !

Cons:

The room was a bit noisy due to the water tank and water pump systems. They make noise in the evening and at night when other guests use it. Also, the lights are too strong from the outside. There is a need to put an extra curtain to the round window. It was very disturbing to find sleep - although lights were shut down later in the night.
The hotel shall inform client about price of items requested. We requested butter because our child is used to eat paratha with butter. We ended up paying 400 for butter....If we knew, we would have bought our own butter. It would also be more earth friendly with less waste - little butters are in plastic etc... to offer just a piece of butter...

Very average property, not for us.
Pros:

1. The food was fresh and delicious. We had tea, pakoras & for breakfast parantha & eggs.
2. Staff was helpful

Cons:

1. The rooms were unclean and we had to ask the staff to sweep our room
2. Linen wasn't fresh and we got the bedsheet & pillow covers changed. Towels were worn out and looked as if they haven't been replaced for many years.
3. The rooms look outdated and are in dire need of maintenance.
4. Location is good, but approach is bad. They did inform us that the last 1.5km road is unmetalled, but frankly the 5km leading to the property isn't in good condition. Once you reach, you will be as good as stuck there, at least we felt that way as we wouldn't want to repeatedly drive up & down on that road.
5. We specifically asked the owners if there is parking available, as Booking.com clearly says no parking. But the owner said it is available. We trusted him and when we reached we saw that the car has to be parked on the road outside the property. Personally we weren't comfortable with that and didn't appreciate that they didn't give us a clear picture.
6. We checked out the very next day and moved to another hotel, even though we had paid for 3 nights.
