Pros:

I highly recommend this apartment. Although the room is small, it has everything you need, and the air conditioning works perfectly. The bathroom is much larger than it appears in the photos.

There is also an outdoor kitchen that guests can use, which is very convenient. Parking is available on the street right in front of the apartment, and we always found a free spot.

The location is excellent for exploring the many beautiful beaches around Olbia.

The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming. The owner kindly lent us beach umbrellas, and on our last day, she allowed us to leave our luggage at the house because our flight was late in the evening. When we came back to collect our bags, she even offered us the use of her bathroom so we could take a shower before our flight. We really appreciated this thoughtful gesture.

We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

Pros:

La posizione è tranquilla, alla periferia di Olbia.
Il giardino è immerso nel verde, è dotato di una cucina attrezzata molto comoda per prepararsi sia la colazione, il pranzo e la cena. Gentilissima e molto disponibile la signora Silvana, pronta a soddisfare tutte le esigenze. La nostra camera era dotata di un bagno moderno e confortevole; non aveva il balcone ma potevamo stendere in giardino.

Olbia en auto
Pros:

Como teníamos auto la ubicación es buena porque estas en un lugar que sales fácil para el centro o para las playas mas cercanas. Nos gustó el sector donde puedes desayunar y comer y también la habitación y baños son cómodos y puedes ventilar bien todo. La anfitriona fue muy amable también.

Pros:

Abbiamo trascorso un piacevole soggiorno alla Chiave di Violino. La camera era al piano superiore della villa, mentre la cucina si trovava nel giardino, uno spazio molto bello e caratteristico. La posizione è tranquilla, ma comunque comoda per raggiungere il centro.

La signora Silvana è stata davvero gentile e disponibile, sempre reperibile per qualsiasi esigenza o consiglio e ci ha anche prestato tutto l'occorrente per la spiaggia. Nel complesso, un soggiorno che consigliamo.

Tutto ok dalla posizione alla tranquillità della struttura ,la signora molto disponibile, ti consiglia benissimo sui posti da visitare .

Una piccolo bijou ad Olbia
Pros:

Zona tranquilla. Casa con tutti i confort, frigo, aria condizionata, TV, balconcino, cucina a disposizione, giardino e tanto relax. Davvero tutto per un soggiorno perfetto. Inoltre la presenza della signora Silvana è un supporto in più che accoglie qualsiasi esigenza si presenti. Consigliato.

Cons:

Da perfezionare il confort della cabina armadio che aveva qualche lieve difetto di chiusura e la maniglia della doccia che va sistemata.
