Location was nice free parking in front of the house, good internet connection.
Room was extremely small, only space for the bed. We didn't get fresh sheets or towels in the whole stay, the room wasn't cleaned at all during the stay.

Nice and relaxing budget option in Olbia. Free umbrellas to borrow. Recommend the pizza 5 mins away, Pizza Veronese, next to the Spar store.
15 min walk to nearest bus which was harsh in the sun without shade. Would have liked to get the reminder to pay the city tax before just when we were about to leave. We didnt have any cash so we had to do bank transfer when we got home. Not used to paying additional taxes so it wasnt something we were thinking about. Why cant Booking collect this tax in the price ?

La casa era muy acogedora y tenía todo lo necesario para nuestra estancia. Su patio nos generó mucha paz y tranquilidad.
I highly recommend this apartment. Although the room is small, it has everything you need, and the air conditioning works perfectly. The bathroom is much larger than it appears in the photos.
There is also an outdoor kitchen that guests can use, which is very convenient. Parking is available on the street right in front of the apartment, and we always found a free spot.
The location is excellent for exploring the many beautiful beaches around Olbia.
The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming. The owner kindly lent us beach umbrellas, and on our last day, she allowed us to leave our luggage at the house because our flight was late in the evening. When we came back to collect our bags, she even offered us the use of her bathroom so we could take a shower before our flight. We really appreciated this thoughtful gesture.
We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

La posizione è tranquilla, alla periferia di Olbia.
Il giardino è immerso nel verde, è dotato di una cucina attrezzata molto comoda per prepararsi sia la colazione, il pranzo e la cena. Gentilissima e molto disponibile la signora Silvana, pronta a soddisfare tutte le esigenze. La nostra camera era dotata di un bagno moderno e confortevole; non aveva il balcone ma potevamo stendere in giardino.
Como teníamos auto la ubicación es buena porque estas en un lugar que sales fácil para el centro o para las playas mas cercanas. Nos gustó el sector donde puedes desayunar y comer y también la habitación y baños son cómodos y puedes ventilar bien todo. La anfitriona fue muy amable también.
Abbiamo trascorso un piacevole soggiorno alla Chiave di Violino. La camera era al piano superiore della villa, mentre la cucina si trovava nel giardino, uno spazio molto bello e caratteristico. La posizione è tranquilla, ma comunque comoda per raggiungere il centro.
La signora Silvana è stata davvero gentile e disponibile, sempre reperibile per qualsiasi esigenza o consiglio e ci ha anche prestato tutto l'occorrente per la spiaggia. Nel complesso, un soggiorno che consigliamo.

Tutto ok dalla posizione alla tranquillità della struttura ,la signora molto disponibile, ti consiglia benissimo sui posti da visitare .
