Location was good. It is in a residential area

Cons:

It was weird that she was expecting me to let her cats in the room and sleep with her cats. When I arrived around 11pm after 9-hrs of driving, and said “I am tired and need to sleep”, she was kinda surprised and said “she doesn’t want you” to her cats. I know that she has 5 cats in the house but if I am paying for a room , why would I choose to sleep with cats ?? I love cats but I prefer keeping them outside of the room. Bed was comfortable.

Truth 100% Do not stay at this booking.
Pros:

Not one thing about this place was good or even okay. The place shouldn't even be listed. The owner and her house were both dirty and disgusting. 6 cats run the house as if they were the ones that own the place. The house had an unbearable stench that was just nasty. I had to book another stay some where else.

Cons:

Everything even the pool was nasty cause she rents it out on top of the guest staying there. So we couldn't use it if we wanted to. Plus she doesn't clean or.treat the water properly. Basically the pool is a major heath hazard with the amount of people that she let's swim. Think of it as a very small public lake or urinal for that matter. Just like the house is a large cat litter box because the cats are trapped inside she never let's them out. Thay should be cruelty to animals locking up six cats in a house and never letting them out. Im sorry but im thinking of taking legal action if my money isnt refunded.

The hostess was so fun and her house has the best garden. The cats are sweet and friendly.
Pros:

This residence was in a quiet neighborhood. We had a place to park and felt safe. The hostess and the cats were very pleasant. The garden and pool were lovely. I would definitely go back.

Cons:

It was a little warm in the room. There is smoking in the house, not in the room, so if you absolutely must not be exposed to cigarette smoke then this stay may not be for you. I was told in advance though.

I was very Satisfied with my one night stay! I would surely repeat if coming to Vegas again!
Pros:

Value for the price. All I wanted was a place to lay my head when I was thru in Vegas If you love cats, this is the place! If NOT Don't !

Cons:

I was fine with everything Close to Airport if flying in but quiet Didn't hear planes! Lady owner very hospitable

.Beyond comfortable. Expectations exceeded
Pros:

I may have gotten the distance wrong when I planned this stay. Completely my mistake. However to say it was mistake now feels wrong. Because I hope to stay here every time I come back to Vegas. I'm even considering visiting more. The place feels so comfortable. The company is as free to be as you can . No invasion of privacy. And completely great company. You really can't get better than what I received. The cats and the host are quality you just can't put to words. The bed so comfortable. The shower top tier.My expectations did not do this stay justice. Thank You so very much for the experience. Highly recommend this stay . I stayed for 3 nights and already miss the company.

A nice little night away.
Pros:
