Hemos tenido la suerte de conocer a una persona increíble, que desde el primer momento nos ha hecho sentir como en casa. Ha estado pendiente de nosotros en todo momento, ayudándonos con absolutamente todo lo que necesitábamos, aconsejándonos sobre qué visitar y hacer en Marrakech y haciéndonos sentir como si fuéramos parte de su familia.

Además, preparaba unos desayunos típicos marroquíes deliciosos, hechos con muchísimo cariño. Su cercanía, amabilidad y trato familiar han hecho que nuestra experiencia haya sido todavía más especial. Nos hemos sentido cuidados, acogidos y como en casa desde el primer día.

Recomendamos este alojamiento al 100 % a cualquier persona que quiera disfrutar de Marrakech y sentirse como en familia. Sin duda, nos ha dejado con muchísimas ganas de volver cuanto antes a esta preciosa ciudad.

Habiba was wonderful. She helped us so much throughout our stay, and we even went to a hammam together! She also helped arrange a lovely birthday breakfast for us. We couldn’t have asked for a better host.

The property is beautiful and situated in a quiet residential complex, making it the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. It’s still within easy reach of everything, with a 15–30-minute walk to the main areas. The shared pool is also a great bonus for cooling off after a day exploring.

I’d highly recommend booking the premium room, as it’s absolutely amazing.

There was a slight language barrier, as Habiba speaks French and Arabic while we only speak English, but we made it work and always felt welcome. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this property to others!

Staying here was the highlight of our trip to Marrakech. Our host was simply wonderful—so sweet, attentive, and welcoming. She created a true 'home away from home' atmosphere and was always happy to help us with anything we needed. The accommodation itself was impeccably clean, incredibly comfortable, and provided a perfectly quiet retreat after a busy day exploring the city. I also have to mention the amazing authentic breakfast she made for us, which was absolutely delicious. We are so incredibly thankful for all her hospitality and cannot wait to return!

Habiba était au petit soin, le logement était grand et propre et très agréable

We loved our stay so much! Our guestlady Habiba made it feel like home away from home. She served us delicious breakfast that she homemade every morning. We got a true local experience and it made all the difference. Being in the riad felt like a calm space we could rest and rejuvenate energy for the chaos and intensity of the medina. The guesthouse had a lovely roof terrace that we could use privately. Next to that, we had our own bathroom. Everything was super clean and quiet. 10/10 recommend! We hope to come back soon..❤️

Riad propre, rangé, agréable il y avait tout ce dont nous avions besoin.

Dépaysement total dans le riad d'Habiba qui est décoré avec goût, literie confortable, accueil chaleureux, je recommande. Habiba est adorable et à nos petits soins, son petit déjeuner est excellent, idéalement situé à 25min à pied de la place Jemaa el Fna, ❤️

From start to finish the host Habiba was really friendly and welcoming. It was easy to communicate with her through booking.com as she doesnt speak english. Always responsive and ready to help. Habiba recommended Hamza who is literally the go to guy for anything. Whether it's taxi's, grocery, restaurant recommendations. Together they are a great team and the hospatility was first class. You feel completley safe and cared for. A beautiful and relaxing enviorment. Do try Habiba's breakfast. Very tasty and presentable. Also the rooftop terrace is amazing comfortable which gives you a great view of the Riad. Thank you Habiba and Hamza

L’accueil, l’aménagement du lieu et l’emplacement

Habiba was fantastic; her service and kindness was unbelievable and we felt so welcomed into her home. Her breakfasts are fantastic, everything was made in her home to give you a taste of Marrakesh. She was very attentive and made sure our stay was as comfortable as possible and all our needs fulfilled.

The room had A/C which was very good, extremely useful for 30-40C sun. The beds were clean and comfortable and the room had a large wardrobe to hang up clothes.

The Riad is gorgeous - beautifully decorated with a gorgeous sun-trap terrace that overlooks the entire estate.

The Riad is hosted in a gated community with a breadth of cafes, restaurants and shops all open late. It has a large swimming pool and there are lots of other tourists here which was nice to meet some new people.

We felt very safe here and very comfortable thanks to Habiba. We will stay again!

Zu allererst muss man hervorheben, dass Habiba eine extrem zuvorkommende, freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin war.

Das Haus liegt in einer Gated Community, was wirklich gut ist, weil man sich sehr sicher fühlt.
Der Standort des Riads auf Google ist falsch! Hier beim suchen unbedingt auf die Adresse bei Booking o.ä. achten.

Das Riad hat mehrere Zimmer und eine schöne Terrasse. Der Flur und allgemein das Riad ist sehr schön gestaltet.

A host Habiba recebeu-nos muito bem em sua casa, super amorosa e preocupada com o nosso bem estar, para além disso recomendo MUITO o seu pequeno almoço típico marroquino, só com produtos caseiros, delicioso. O Riad é muito confortável, cama e casa de banhos limpas, cuidadas e bem decoradas. A casa encontra-se dentro de um condomínio fechado, com segurança 24 horas e cancela, sendo que nos sentimos sempre seguros. Sendo um condomínio é como se fosse uma pequena vila com tudo lá dentro: uma mesquita lindíssima para tirar fotos, jardim, piscina, restaurantes, cafés, mini mercados e para farmácia. A viagem até ao centro da medina é relativamente rápida a pé, cerca 20/25 minutos, fizemos tudo a pé durante os 6 dias e fez-se tudo muito bem.
No geral adorámos a estadia e espero poder voltar no futuro!
