Super Anbindung an ÖPNV, nur 15 min in die Innenstadt mit 3 Alternativen in unmittelbarer Nähe (Tram,U-Bahn;Bus); sehr gute Ausstattung (Küche,Waschmaschine, Badeutensiluen), sauber, gute Schallisolierung der Fenster, Lautstärke im Raum bei geöffnetem Fenster des Verkehrs wie in jeder anderen Großstadt, d.h normal; das Haus war sehr ruhig (Morgens/abends); Innenhof normal gepflegt; Preis-Leistung sehr gut,

Cons:

Der Wasserhahn im Badezimmer war etwas lose; das Waschbecken sehr klein; die Ablage über dem Badezimmerspiegel konnte man wegen der "Kippbauweise" nicht benutzen; die Barhocker waren sehr unbequem zum Sitzen; im Zimmer hat es ein wenig nach altem Zigarettenrauch gerochen (wahrscheinlich vom Voreigentümer).

Pros:

El studio estaba muy limpio, tiene todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda, la cocina está equipada con lo necesario para preparaciones rápidas. El personal fue muy amable: respuesta rápida y oportuna.
El alojamiento no está tan cerca del centro pero es muy fácil llegar usando U1. Justo en frente hay un supermercado Aldi.

一切都很好，及其推荐。入住酒店时，要小心头顶。这家酒店二楼，有一个极其恶趣味的老头，喜欢把口水倒到路人头上（用啤酒杯装满满一杯口水），除此之外，我及其推荐这家酒店。

这家酒店性价比很高。房间像学生公寓一样，一张床，一个衣柜，一个干湿分离的卫生间，一张桌子，电陶炉，水池，餐具，厨具，一应俱全。出门就是地铁，可以直达住火车站，交通非常便捷。

Cons:

我的窗户靠近街道，晚上我觉得很不安全，直到三点多确认一切正常，我才进入梦乡。但是，在纽伦堡这个大城市，一个干净整洁，设备齐全，且交通便捷的房间，一晚上只需要42欧，你还能说什么呢？如果酒店房间在二楼，它甚至可以卖到110欧。但实际上，一切都很不错。

Pros:

Die Lage der Unterkunft war für meine Anliegen ideal. Bus und Straba direkt vor der Tür. Vorzeitiger Check-In möglich.
ABER:

Beim vorzeitigen Eincheck-In (vor 17 Uhr) hatte ich leider Probleme, weil die Zimmertür nicht aufging. Die anwesende Servicekraft ließ lies mich mit ihrem Code ins Zimmer. *Daumen hoch*
Ich kontaktierte daraufhin diese Notfall Nr. Die Mitarbeiterin am Telefon war leider alles andere als flexibel und nicht in der Lage, mir weiter zu helfen und mir den reibungslosen Zugang zum Zimmer zu erklären. Sie hörte einfach nicht, was ich versuchte, Ihr mitzuteilen.
Zuerst hatte ich mich noch mit der Haus-Nr. (27 statt 127) vertan und musste 2 Stationen zu Fuß mit Gepäck zurücklegen. Die lange Anreise von 8 Std. tat sein übriges. Der stressige Anruf bei der Dame gab mir den Rest. Sie forderte mich dann auf, vor der Tür auf den Chef persönlich zu warten, weil ich mich weigerte, Ihren Instruktionen zu befolgen. *Kopfschüttel* Nach 15 min. erfolgte dann ein Rückruf und wir konnten das Problem innerhalb 1 min. schnell lösen. Danke dafür.
Sicher war das ein Einzelfall gewesen, war aber leider überflüssig.

Petit studio très bien conçu

Cons:

emplacement bien plus excentré qu'annoncé, ce n'a rien à voir avec le Messe, on est à 3 arrets de metro + 15min à pied!
