Cons:

・歯磨き粉の共有はあり得ない。ここから感染症が広がります。
・シーツは客毎に交換しているとは思えない
・寝間着の用意無しこと掲示して欲しい
・救急車のサイレンで何回もなって眠れなかった
・1階のトイレの鍵が閉まらない
・3階の部屋の鍵も開けにくい？閉まりにくい？と鍵のトラブルチェックを利用者が言っていた

The property is located at a very convenient place. Close by to the Tachikawa train station and there is a 7/11 at close proximity too.

Cons:

The staircase could be inconvenient to carry luggages and for old people. If traveling with a family, need to keep in mind that it will be a shared showering area and a toilet with other guests. I would say, its great for people traveling solo or with another person for a short stay. Washing machine cannot be used, as it would disturb others/neighbours.

環境面ではお手洗、洗面所、浴室はとても綺麗で、お部屋に関しても掃除が行き届いており静かな環境で過ごしやすかった。
オーナー様の注意書きには普段からマナーを守れないお客様に色々と苦労されているのかなと思いました。
オーナー様の笑顔が印象に残りまた機会があれば利用したいです。

Cons:

近くに消防署がある為、夜中に消防車や救急車の出動が頻繁にあると熟睡中でもサイレンの音で目が覚めてしまう事があるので、ゆっくり休みたい方には厳しいかもしれません。

度々宿泊しているが毎回満足している。
Pros:

トイレの数も多く（三か所）清潔。共同とはいえバスルームはとても広く快適。ボディーソープ、シャンプーなどもしっかり用意されている。洗面所もきれい。タオル、バスタオル、歯ブラシ、歯磨き粉と備品も揃えてある。ベッドの寝心地も良い。台所も清潔。

宿泊日の気温が高くてエアコンの冷房を使用したが、かび臭いにおいが強かった。エアコンの掃除が望まれる。

この値段でこの部屋、便利さ最高！
Pros:

オーナーさんが、とても良い方で日本人の方ではありませんでしたがコーヒーサービスまた近くにパーキングもあり1400円で24時間でした。また立川の駅も歩いて10分かからないくらいなので移動に便利です。タバコなど吸う方は玄関の外で吸えるようになっていました。

Cons:

お風呂が一軒家なのでボードに時間予約を書いて入るので好きな時間に入れない点くらいかな？
