樓下路邊停車很方便
Pros:

條碼智能入住，房間空間很大，有陽台視野佳，離台東車站近，樓下附近就有早餐店👍

Cons:

不曉得是否水土不容，飲水機的水味我不太適應

個人覺得在入住前要先轉帳無法信用卡付款~以及要上傳證件~這非常有資安疑慮~就算住宿費用便宜~下次也絕不會考慮入住!
Pros:

離火車站近~房子寬大~房間也夠大~

Cons:

1.屬私人住宅改民宿~要爬很多樓梯~
2.明明是booking訂房~卻在訂房後才告知要先轉帳~此外~還得提供證件翻拍上傳才能入住~這樣其實非常有暴露個人資訊的安全疑慮~
3.入住時採自動入住~在入前要學會操作屋主告知的一長串流程並下載QR CODE~這樣對於只想放假住民宿旅行的人非常擾人~
