Amazing place!
Pros:

The place is amazing! Beautiful, the accommodation is super comfortable, all clean!

The family that runs the business is lovely and helpful! They helped me to choose the tours I would do, picked me and drop me from the bus station.

The food they serve there is also amazing! I could use their bicycle in the last day.

I liked the beautiful surrounding, the room was also nice,clean and comfortable.The owner was very helpful,she was kind and sweet.The breakfast was very tasty too.We had a great few days here. I would reccomend this place for everyone.

Exceptional hospitality and a genuinely caring host!
Pros:

My husband and I stayed here for one night before our Hang En Cave tour. The room was incredibly clean and spacious, and the owner was so welcoming and friendly that we immediately booked a second night for our return.

Unfortunately, my husband came down with food poisoning right after our tour ended and had to be hospitalized. Our tour guide (who is a friend of the owner) reached out to let them know what happened. Without us even asking, the owner cancelled our reservation from their end so we wouldn't be charged for the night we missed.

We were so moved by their kindness and flexibility during a difficult time. We are incredibly grateful and will definitely stay here again whenever we return to Phong Nha!

Brilliant spot in Phong Nha
Pros:

Absolutely superb place to stay in Phong Nha. Right at the edge of town, which is the best place to be, so lovely and quiet. Rooms spacious, well equipped, and spotlessly clean. A lovely welcoming family who run the place and are incredibly helpful. Cold drinks, beer and great food are available.
