整体还是可以的，如果能宁静点就更好了

房间宽敞，公共空间也很大。

Cons:

房间的隔音较差，又正向路边，车辆呼啸而过声音很大。还好晚上十点半后路经的车辆就少了，但两晚还是被吵醒了几次，建议老板更换成隔音的门窗。

Pros:

Très chouette séjour chez Fernando, c'est juste à côté du centre ville de Valladolid, on peut tout faire à pied, à 5 minutes du Cenote Zaci et 15-20min de la place principale. On y a passé deux excellentes nuits et on recommande !

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt, absolut zu empfehlen
Pros:

Wundervolle kleine Unterkunft 🥰 wir wurden von der Inhaberin herzlich begrüßt bei unserer Ankunft. Sie zeigte uns die Casa, das Zimmer, die gemeinsame Küche und die Terrasse. Alles ist mit Liebe und eigenem Charme eingerichtet.

Zur Begrüßung duften wir zwei Tequila Liköre probieren, Erdbeere & Kokos. Auch sehr lecker

Es gibt einen Wasserspender, bei dem man sich zum kochen, oder auch gerne zum Füllen der eigenen Wasserflasche jederzeit bedienen darf.

Das Zimmer war sehr schön, groß und geräumig. Auch das Bad war schön zurecht gemacht.
Durch die etwas außerhalb des Stadtkerns gelegene Lage ist es nachts auch sehr ruhig, bis natürlich der typische Standard Hahn um 5:30 den Tag eröffnet 😅

Die Klimaanlage ist auch wirklich gut, was bei den Temperaturen in Valladolid durchaus vorteilhaft ist ☀️

Klare Empfehlung. Wirklich hübsch dort

Cons:

Die Decke im Bad war etwas verfärbt, könne Schimmel sein. Es gab leider auch kein Föhn, wie in der Beschreibung ursprünglich geschrieben.

Super logement pour des vacances à Valladolid
Pros:

L'accueil était excellent. Les hôtes sont d'une gentillesse incroyable.
La propreté était vraiment très bien et le confort du lit parfait.
La terrasse le matin est très agréable.

Le quartier est très agreable et la maison est très bien situé.

Cons:

Je dirais que la Wifi n'est pas d'assez bonne qualité pour des personne en télétravail. J'ai des reunions toute la journée et ma connexion sautait régulièrement.
De plus, il y a une tres faible isolation sonore par conséquent j'entendais tout bien que je travaille avec un casque.
J'imagine que j'ai egalement dû déranger mes voisins de chambre en commençant à travailler à 5h du matin.

Un séjour tres agréable dans une tres belle pension familiale
Pros:

Nos hôtes étaient charmants et nous ont tres bien accueilli. La maison est bien située et tres propre. Les chambres sont bien aménagées et grandes. Notre lit etait incroyablement grand ce qui était tres appréciable :)

Die Gastgeber waren supernett und sehr hilfsbereit.
Die Unterkunft liegt sehr gut und zentral um alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuss zu erreichen. Das Auto kann vor der Tür geparkt werden.
Es gibt eine tolle Dachterrasse und einen Patio, welcher direkt an die Küche angeschlossen ist. Hier kann man wunderbar frühstücken. Die voll ausgestattete Küche kann genutzt werden.
Rundum eine tolle Unterkunft aber die Freundlichkeit der Gastgeber machen den Aufenthalt dort zu etwas besonderem!

Wohnen mit Familienanschluss. Fernando und Nery sind super lieb und hilfsbereit. Sie haben ihre Küche und die Terrasse mit uns geteilt. Großzügige Zimmer, sehr gute Duschen, Wasser immer verfügbar. Tolles Preis/Leistungsverhältnis.
