Spacious, good location but definitely needs more cleaning.
Pros:

Location was good, out of the busy street but only a few minutes walks to it. Owner was friendly and helpfull. Breakfast was included. Pancake quality was inconsistent. When she made it was undercooked. When he made it was good. The banh mi and egg variants were fine. They served fresh fruit juice, but also watered it down sometimes so quality was inconsistent. the did not serve the good looking breakfast on photo's of the advertisement. A lot of other restaurants nearby. I also like the spacious sink in the bathroom. Rooms were quite spacious as well.

Cons:

It is a homestay and one shouldnt expect a lot of cleanliness but the rooms (we had 2) were outright disgusting (and Im a guy who doesnt easily find something dirty). They literally cleaned the floor and the sink. If you take a closer look at the corners in the room and under the bed you will find a layer of dust almost becoming a layer of dirt. The bathroom walls were also filled with stains and mold. If you want to sleep relaxed dont take of the pillow cases. These things haven't been cleaned in months. The advertisement showed photo's of a swimming pool. The photo's of ads are always better, but the is a big difference with what they show and what you get. One of our rooms only had TL lightning. It was quite a depressing room. We also found rodent excrement in one of the cabinets in the room.

EXELENTE
Pros:

La ayuda que nos dieron en todo lo que necesitamos los dueños. Tanto alquiler de bicis, como contratar taxis y excursiones. Además cambiamos los planes inesperadamente y se adaptaron sin rechistar. Muy muy recomendable.

Exceptional stay
Pros:

Everything was perfect during our stay. The room was very spacious and clean, the location was excellent, and the owner was incredibly helpful and kind. They offer convenient services like laundry, bike/bicycle rentals, and even organized our transport to Hanoi, which made everything so easy. We also really enjoyed the free breakfast. Truly a great experience, highly recommended!

Great value for money and great staff
Pros:

Rooms are big and spacious, and location is great. The highlight was our host, who woke up at 5am to check us in after our arrival. He also arranged our transfers and excursions, as well as providing snacks/water for our journey home. Great service and great value for money!
