Pretty well, accesible and safe. Clean.

Location and is quiet and safe. very decent to be honest, room, pillow, blankets very clean and nice clean smell.

they could supply dispensers for shampoo and soap. My mistake i didn´t see it was shared bathroom, thus was clean but if you look in details, leftover hairs in shower, and toilet bowl, not that clean. Very decent to be honest. for what is offered is very good value and you cannot control all this being a shared bathroom, but it was well detailed. so if you dont mind sharing bathroom. it was decently cleaned. mattress kind of hard, of course depends of what u are used to sleep on.

Esta foi minha primeira experiência com este modelo de hospedagem e com a plataforma. Eu costumo usar plataforma. Gostaria de destacar a atenção da anfitriã. O local é extremamente seguro e o quarto estava impecavelmente limpo. Além disso, a anfitriã foi muito solícita e gentil ao consultar minhas preferências para o café da manhã.

Cons:

Embora a limpeza e o atendimento da anfitriã sejam pontos positivos, a experiência de estadia foi prejudicada por questões estruturais. A falta de ventilação natural ou mecânica no quarto inicial tornou o calor insuportável. A solução oferecida mediante taxa extra (1/3 do valor da acomodação) não foi totalmente eficaz, pois o ar-condicionado disponível era antigo e muito barulhento. Além disso, a baixa pressão do chuveiro e a falta de clareza nos valores adicionais cobrados para uso do ar-condicionado (que variaram entre hóspedes) foram pontos negativos. Acredito que o espaço tem potencial, mas necessita de investimentos em climatização e transparência nas taxas extras.

O lugar pode ser simples, mas o atendimento da proprietária é o grande diferencial. Atenciosa e encantandora. Acomodação muito limpa, ambiente familiar, região bem tranquila, com comércios e serviços próximos. Quando retornar ficarei novamente.
