A mystical magical inn!
Pros:

Amazing opportunity to stay in a historic gingerbread house right next to the ocean and Oak Bluffs. The owner Henry is very nice and accommodating. They offered to hold onto our luggage after check out

Cons:

I have a personal preference for firm beds- the bed was soft but that’s hardly a complaint and wouldn’t stop me from staying again.

Pros:

I liked the location and the peace and quiet. I also liked the house keeper and staff. They were nice and friendly.

Cons:

I didn't like how small my room and bathroom were. I didn't like the fact that I didn't even have a t.v. in my room. I don't like the fact that I paid so much money and didn't have a TV and couldn't even stand straight to use the bathroom.

A huge amount of money for the smallest room I’ve ever stayed in. Said 16m but it was not.
Pros:

The location was great. Staff very friendly.

Cons:

The room we stayed in was minuscule. Not enough room to swing a cat. Had to put cases on the floor but then couldn’t open the door. Nowhere for clothes. If you wanted to leave, cases had to go on the bed.

Good location, tiniest room/bathroom, nice host, no breakfast for almost 400/night is heavy

Super small rooms, not being a match at all pricewise. One fourth if the price would be appropriate/ so this means 100/night

We loved our stay at the Capricorn house and will definitely be going back!
Pros:

We liked everything about our stay. From the minute we walked in until the day we left, the vibe was perfect. The accommodation’s and location were excellent and the owner was an amazing human!

Location, Kindness and Homeliness. Youll feel at home here
Pros:

The location, the staff, the convenience all make the Capricorn a must stay when visiting Oak Bluffs. You are seconds from the free bus route which will take you to many great locations. Walking distance to shops. It’s got history and located on a scenic neighborhood. You have access to the patio, outdoor shower, kitchen, complimentary coffee, tea and a fridge. The beds are comfortable and really nice air conditioning units in each room. A must in the summer. Check in and check out was a breeze.

Really appreciate the Capricorn house for being a great spot for guests to feel at home.

Cons:

There could be some cosmetic improvements to the rooms that could really make it a 10. The shower was more of just a simple shower head. The lock on the door was finicky, at times. But for the price point and all the other positives we didn’t mind
