Value for money on this stay is good, clean, but some amenities were not quite what I expected.
Pros:

Value for money on this stay is incredible. It's a room, it's clean and the staff were very friendly when checking in. This stay definitely ticks the box as far as a budget room goes. Also the view from the upstairs area is beautiful. Location is also very close to the center of town and everything is within walking distance.

Cons:

The towels and covers on the beds are an almost fleece material, which wasnt that nice to try off with or sleep under. Nothing terrible but something that personally I wasnt a fan of. While checking out I accidentally booked the room for the wrong night on booking and requested a refund via booking to which the accommodation refused because they "couldn't find my request" even after showing them exactly where it was on their computer screen. Again, it's not that the staff were unfriendly, its just in this one isolated incident I think they just didnt want to refund me, which is fine, but just say that. Also the "free breakfast" really is not good and I wouldnt count on it being your first meal of the day.

Eerste avond in Labuan Bajo, dus was het wel te doen.

Dicht bij de jachthaven en centrum

Cons:

Pal naast een moker die erg vroeg al lawaai begon te maken. Verder waren de kamers niet ruim en de badkamer was van matige kwaliteit.

Un hôtel très bien situé juste à côté du port de Labuan Bajo. Le personnel était très sympathique.

Cons:

Les matelas sont un peu mous et la pression de l'eau est parfois basse ce qui ne dépend pas de l'hôtel mais rien de catastrophique

Pros:

The staff were amazing, super friendly and helpful.

Location is not too far from the main part of town.

Cons:

The bed was way too soft.
The shower didn't work (no pressure) and there was only cold water.

If you were just there to sleep, this is your place. There’s nothing fancy, but you can go around the corner to Siesta h
Pros:

The property was super clean and just down a small hill to everything you need including the port. The port was literally a 10 minute walk.

Cons:

Everything was amazing. We stayed there for three nights. But the second time we came back, we went into a different room and the mattress wasn’t that great. Other than that, it was a wonderful stay at an affordable rate.

Un cauchemar.
Pros:

Le personnel était accueillant même si l’anglais n’était pas très maîtrisé.

Cons:

La chambre est insalubre et complètement vétuste. Le lit est particulièrement inconfortable : on s’enfonce totalement dans le matelas, ce qui rend le sommeil presque impossible. La salle de bain est très petite, pas très propre, et il est impossible d’avoir de l’eau chaude ou même tiède.
L’environnement est extrêmement bruyant : travaux chez les voisins dès 23h, chiens qui aboient jusque tard dans la nuit, murs très mal isolés, et une école en face qui diffuse des chants très forts dès 7h du matin.
Nous ne sommes restés qu’une seule nuit, uniquement pour prendre un bateau le lendemain matin. Même dans ce contexte, l’expérience a été désastreuse. Nous avons sincèrement regretté ce choix.
Nous sommes dans l’incompréhension la plus totale de trouver ce type d’hébergement proposé sur Booking.
