The owner was incredibly helpful from start to finish. He picked us up from the airport and helped us plan our visit around Zhangjiajie. He also arranged discounted tickets for the Fox Fairy Show before we arrived, which was greatly appreciated. After our visit to Tianmen Mountain, we learned that he had become a father that very same day. Despite such an important personal event, he was still attentive and ensured everything went smoothly for us. Highly recommended.

The view from the Hotel is great, you can really see Tianmen mountain as depicted on the photos. The room was very spacious, modern and clean. Breakfast was included and everyone was really welcome, kind and professional towards us. The hotel owner provided a lot of guidance upon the attractions in Zhangjiajie and Tianmen Gate, helping us organize the best with the time we had. When leaving the Hotel, he called a cab to our next destination and was available online during our travel to the next accomodation for any needed support. Would definitely stay over again and recommend this hotel.

Todo perfecto!!Es un hotel familiar y todos son muy amables😊.Isaac(el hijo que lo lleva)nos hizo todas las reservas (y con descuentos)del parque de Zhangjiajie y Puerta del Cielo.Tienen opción de cenar allí (muy buena la comida)ya que es un poco apartado de la ciudad.Vino a recogernos y también nos llevó de vuelta a la estación de tren de Zhangjiajie.Tambien nos llevó y recogió a la puerta de entrada al parque Zhangjiajie(pagando pero fue muy cómodo al no estar pendiente de llamar didi y si llegan).Se nos había cancelado el tren que teníamos para el día siguiente y nos hizo otra reserva de la app china.Recomendado 100% .Graciasss por todo Isaac 🤗!!!! Te esperamos a España también!!!

La gestione familiare della struttura e la gentilezza e disponibilità dello staff. Abbiamo richiesto la cena e si sono attivati immediatamente per organizzarla ed inoltre ci hanno offerto gratuitamente il trasporto in aeroporto.

The view is magnificient, in front of Tianmen Cave Mountain.
The owner and his familly are 5 stars!
He advises how the best way to get around the park and tries to buy the tickets at the best price possible.
The food ( dinner) is delicious made for your familly.
I higly recommend stay in this acommodation.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The owners were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. They provided us with very useful information and recommendations for visiting local attractions, which made our trip even better. Everything was great, and we truly felt comfortable during our stay. Highly recommended!

Мы очень благодарны хозяину отеля, господину Ло, за гостеприимство и помощь. Нас бесплатно встретили с вокзала, рассказали про все возможные варианты посещения национального парка и горы Тяньмэнь, составили подробный маршрут, купили для нас билеты со скидкой, дали карту, помогли выбрать билеты в Фуронг, кормили домашними завтраками и ягодами прямо с ветки :)) Была очень душевная семейная атмосфера, мы познакомились со всей семьей господина Ло. Сам господин Ло прекрасно говорил по-английски и помогал с любыми запросами. На заднем дворике была терраса с чудесным видом на гору Тяньмэнь, нам накрывали завтрак там. Сам номер очень чистый и приятный: две комнаты спальни и большая ванная с джакузи (отлично после дня в горах!). Положили все самое необходимое: щетки, шампуни, тапочки, полотенца, фен, чайник, чай. Каждый день пополняли питьевую воду. В одной из комнат было очень уютное место для чая с сервизом. На ресепшене всегда были бесплатные закуски, бесплатная вода в бутылках и чай. Очень рекомендуем всем это место и благодарим хозяев :))

Every thing, the room, the bed, the view, the ubication and the staff of the hotel is very nice, they help us about all thing, reservation for the atractions, Issac explaid us about the trip in the atractions and he was Free pick up to the airport two ways, and the station of the Tianmen Mountain. The breakfast and the dinner has delicius thank you for all your atention for us and thank you for your mother, she are very nice person, we have yours in us heart.

Место оставило самые приятные впечатления. Кровать была как дома, спали здесь отлично! Прямо из номера открывался вид на небесные врата! Это был приятный сюрприз) В номере не было запаха сигарет, что очень важно для меня. Завтраки тоже были вкусные и домашние. Завтракали прямо во дворе, погода была летняя. Кроме того холле в течении дня можно сварить себе чашку кофе, мы так скучали по кофе в Китае и были рады такой возможности! Нас забрали с остановки автобуса и увезли обратно на железнодорожный вокзал. Включённый трансфер это тоже удобно! Дом расположен вдали от всего, мы пользовались такси чтобы доехать до города и однажды даже доехали на автобусе номер 8 обратно до отеля. Недалеко несколько простых магазинов и кафе.
Нам была по душе простая сельская атмосфера с малоэтажной застройкой, ведь мы сами так живём)

This homestay was an amazing place to stay to visit Tianmen Mountain and Zhangjiajie Park. The view was incredible from the communal areas and from one of the bedrooms we booked. The staff were so friendly and helped us getting to our destinations including to Furong the morning we left which was so much easier than getting the train. You can also book all your tickets through this homestay which is great.
