We didn't stay because no one was there to check us and and no one answered the phone when we called
Cons:

We didn't end up staying at Hideaway Obertraun because no one was there to allow us to check in when we arrived at about 3:00 or 4:00 pm. The same was true of another guest who arrived at about the same time. I called the owner's phone number multiple times and he didn't answer. I contacted booking.com to complain, and the representative said to wait 45 minutes while they tried to reach the owner and resolve the issue. I waited and booking.com was not able to reach the owner, so I booked a different location in Obertraun. The other location was better (right on the lake) and cheaper anyway. Eventually at about 6:00 or 7:00 pm I received an email message from the owner of Hideaway Obertraun apologizing and saying that he had a problem with his phone, though didn't explain why no one was at the facility to check us in or no instructions were provided to allow us to check ourselves in. He said the facility was still available if we still wanted to stay there, but it was too late by then. Very unprofessional service.

Szép, tiszta, rendezett, csendes környék. Nyugodtan mehet bárki, aki nyugalomért megy.
Pros:

Mi csak egy éjszakát töltöttünk ott. Másnap mentünk tovább. Rendes, tiszta, nyugodt hely. Ha Hallstattot akarja valaki megtekinteni, Akkor készüljön rá, hogy jó pár kilométerre odébb van, amit autóval lehet csak elérni. Viszont amikor mi voltunk Hallstattban, az olyan szinten teli volt, hogy parkolási lehetőség nem volt semmi szinte. Embertömegek zsúfolódtak össze az utcán. De hogy miért?

Pros:

Дуже гарне розташування, в нас був номер з балконом і видом на гори, неймовірний краєвид з вікна
Номер був чистий, були рушники
В готелі присутня кавоварка, можна було зробити каву/чай

Cons:

Заселення дуже незрозуміле, побачила у відгуках, що вхід за кодом, тому напередодні заселення написала готелю, щоб вони надали код, але мені сказали подзвонити, коли буду біля готелю.
Не розумію чому не можна було просто написати код, пояснити правила заселення і гості будуть задоволені і заселені коли їм зручно. І не потрібно буде лишніх нервів чи заселимось ми чи ні

Could have been better- breath taking views.
Pros:

Distance from the railway is misleading- too far to walk with heavy bags. Google Map information re location is incorrect.

Pros:

Die Lage im Grünen und die Nähe zu Hallstatt und zur Dachstein Krippenstein Gondel

Cons:

Das Haus mag vor einigen Jahren gebaut worden sein, aber mittlerweile sind deutliche Gebrauchsspuren zu sehen. Die Kunstleder-Nachttische und das Bett Kopfteil in Zimmer 1 lösen sich bereits auf. Es gibt keinen Tisch, keinen Sessel und keine Kleiderhaken im Zimmer. Auch das Badezimmer macht keinen besonders gepflegten Eindruck. Auch in Badezimmer haben sämtliche Ablegeflächen gefehlt.

Alles wirkt sehr lieblos eingerichtet.

Für den Preis und ein Deluxe-Zimmer habe ich deutlich mehr erwartet.

Pros:

Skvělá lokace. Paní provozovatelka byla milá a ochotná. Parkoviště hned před ubytováním bylo fajn i pro větší auta. Pokoj i prostory čisté. Taky byla super sdílená kuchyňka kde byla možnost uložit si cokoliv do ledničky.

Cons:

Tenké stěny, opravdu šlo slyšet z každého pokoje každé druhé slovo i přes menší chodbičku.

První noc jsme byli v jiném apartmánu, než jsme měli zaplacený. Byl bez balkonu.

No WiFi, No channels on the TV, confusing check in. Coffee was great. Would stay again.

Check in was nuts. We helped a lady try to check in for an hour. She couldn’t get ahold of anyone and had been traveling non stop for days.
