Pros:

Abbiamo prenotato per due notti una camera all’ultimo piano per la particolarità che aveva un grande letto appeso al soffitto, e ci siamo ritrovati con una grande camera super luminosa, ben arredata e con una grande vasca da bagno; ma la parte migliore stava nello staff, abbiamo avuto modo di chiacchierare diverse volte col proprietario ed è stato sempre super gentile e disponibile!
La posizione è leggermente fuori, ma comunque a qualche minuto a piedi da negozi e ristoranti e con un grab/Tuk Tuk si raggiunge velocemente il centro città.

Just avoid, there are a lot of much better places for same price
Pros:

It was rather clean.

Cons:

Not like fotos, 1 of 5 bulbs where working in the room, no proper lightning, no room replacement. staff is friendly if there are no problems, just check owner’s answers here and at google to understand how extremely(!) rude they are.
There are dogs so if you allergic it’s also not good place.

Pros:

The location was great, close to Nimman quarter which we really liked. They also have bunnies in the house which was very cute.

Cons:

At our arrival we felt quite horrified to be honest, the bed sheets and towels were indeed washed, but still very dirty at multiple spots. We are not at all demanding travelers, but this was too much even for us. We would definitely recommend throwing them away and buying new ones... But what was the very worst experience was the noise - the walls simply must be from paper, because we could have so easily heard other people from other rooms as if they were in our room with us. The first night we did not sleep much because of all the noise and discomfort and we decided to ask for a room change next day and considered even leaving, losing money and booking something else. The availability was full, but "luckily" for us they gave us another room, which we appreciated a lot a it was actually much better.
