To jednak chyba po prostu nie jest mój klimat spędzania wyjazdu więc moja opinia jest bardzo subiektywna. Warunki mocno biwakowe, śniadania to dla mnie jedna wielka porażka, w najbliższej okolicy również ciężko znaleźć coś co zje się z apetytem (głównie kozina). Rower dostępny bezpłatnie tylko 2h.
Great hospitality. Comfortable bungalow, good food and quiet, peaceful location
Due to staying only 1 night it was a little out of the way
An extremely peaceful, beautiful place to stay in Ninh Binh. The staff were so lovely and the food was excellent. We ate there two nights out of our three and really enjoyed the breakfast, especially the plates of fresh fruit! The bungalows are cosy and cool and we loved renting the bikes to cycle around. Very easy to cycle to the local village with plenty of coffee shops etc and to cycle to other sites like Trang A riverside. The vibe is rustic but charming!
Not something we didn’t like personally, but worth noting if you want to go to other restaurants (after dark) you’ll need to get a grab taxi Very easy and not far to drive though. During the day cycling is easy
I really enjoyed my stay at this property. It was calm, peaceful, and relaxing throughout. I would definitely recommend it.
Beautiful in the midst of nature, lakes and mountains
Limited breakfast options
It’s more beautiful than it looks in the picture. Superior quadruple rooms have best views of lake and mountain. Feels like staying in the lap of nature, very reasonably priced. Owner helped with transfer from Hanoi airport and back at a very competitive price. Also helped by taking payment in USD. Allowed us to use kitchen for a small charge. Provided cycles and rented motorbikes.
No shops or restaurants nearby but can order for by grab or eat at in-house restaurant. Breakfast limited.
The staff were very friendly, attentive and accommodating. Our bus arrived early, and they managed to check us in early. Our hut is located at the corner of the homestay and has excellent view of the surrounding - great location.
The roads to the homestay is a gravel track with lots of potholes. For inexperienced cyclists and moped riders, it can be quite dangerous but we made it through the few days alive.
The location was serenely beautiful with easy access to tourist spots. The staff were lovely, rooms were very clean, and breakfast was good. Will definitely come back.
A bit of maintenance going on at the moment but still enjoyable stay.

Location was quiet . Only noise came from the main road close by .

You do need transportation to get to attractions and restaurants. Walking wasn’t an option.

Amazing views! The place is truly worth staying at even though it is a bit far from everything. But you can rent scooter very cheap. It is so beautiful and the pool is amazing so I definitely recommend and would come back with pleasure!
