Its location is excellent, the staff are extremely polite and respond quickly to questions, and the interior of the house is truly very clean.
As someone who is currently a hotel owner and has been in this business for many years, I would like to state the following very clearly.
There should absolutely be no noise in a house or hotel. The staff needs to manage this sitution bussines time! . At the very least, an authorized staff member should be present during the relevant hours to warn guests who are making noise!
Western tourists, with their terrible English that was completely unintelligible, in particular, are incredibly disrespectful; they speak loudly and are extremely annoying. (There is someone wandering around. A white-haired foreign tourist—or perhaps someone working there as a volunteer; I don't know, This person's behavior and manner of speaking were particularly disturbing; even though I was staying on the second floor, I was constantly forced to hear the noise they were making)
I had originally intended to extend my reservation by another week. However, upon encountering this situation, I decided not to stay any longer and checked out!
Die Unterkunft ist fantastisch, sehr zentral gelegen und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Das Zimmer und Bad ist groß und bietet alles was man braucht. Küche kann man nutzen, voll ausgestattet, Wasser, Tee und Kaffee stehen zur Verfügung. Es gibt noch ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer welches man auch nutzen kann. Eine Terrasse mit Tisch und Stühlen in einen kleinen gepflegten Vorgarten. Alles ist Top sauber, jeden Tag wird das Haus gesäubert und alles ist im sehr guten Zustand. Die Eigentümer sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir fühlten uns wie zu Hause. Highlight ist der Kater der Eigentümer. Für Katzenlieber ein kleines Paradies. Nach gut 4 Wochen in Malaysia, können wir sagen, diese Unterkunft ist TOP!!

This is by far one of the best accommodations Ive stayed at. The staff is friendly an responsive. The place is well maintained and always clean. The kitchen is fully equipped. The place is calm and peaceful. I stayed in a big room with a balcony and it has lots of natural light and the AC works really well. The WiFi is quite stable, it fluctuated a few times (I work remotely), but I didn't any issues with my meetings.

地上很多灰尘，在房间一直打喷嚏，睡完这里的床后把尘螨带回家里了
Отличное расположение, рядом пляж, много кафе. Мы сходили в нац.парк, музей специй, фабрику батика, где провели экскурсию по фабрике, взяли мастер класс рисования по батику и все это 20-30 мин на такси! В номере очень чисто, то что туалет общий вообще не напрягает, потому что всего несколько номеров на этаже и на каждом этаже туалет в 2 шагах от номера! Приятные хозяева, все расскажут и покажут. Огромное спасибо!
La stanza e tutta la casa era pulitissima e molto accogliente. I proprietari sono molto gentili e ospitali, reattivi per qualsiasi domanda o necessità. La posizione è perfetta, zona tranquilla vicino alla spiaggia, alla fermata del bus e vari ristoranti. Quando torneremo a Penang torneremo sicuramente al Sea Lion by the beach

The owners of the house were so nice!!! They give us tips and information for things to do .
The shared kitchen had everything you need and there was free tea and coffee. The bus stop to the national park is close by.

We spent a lovely time at this family home. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, offering a true escape from the hustle and bustle.
What made our stay special were the incredibly welcoming hosts who made us feel right at home.
The location is great: it's only 400m to the beach, and the walk there is an experience in itself.
We are very grateful for the hospitality and would highly recommend this place! Your guests from the room 4.
Rude host and the facilities are not accurate
Хорошее расположение, дом чистый, хорошо убирают. Хозяева прекрасные, у них же арендовали мотобайк(35MR), заселение дистанционное. Наш номер был с личной ванной, насекомых нет, (только комары). Есть кухня и все необходимое, холодильник, микроволновая печь. За домом есть стиральная машина (5MR). В доме живет хороший котик.
Обязательно нужно средство от комаров, их довольно много.
