Leider sehr viele kleine Probleme, die die Unterkunft nicht empfehlenswert macht.
Pros:

- Sehr nette Putzfrau
- Terrasse war schön
- Bei Kakerlaken-Problem wurde sich schnell um Ersatzzimmer gekümmert

Cons:

- Die meisten Tage hat das Internet nicht funktioniert
- Kakerlaken im Zimmer
- sehr hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit (Bettdecke klamm)
- Frühstück war nicht gut (Essen wird für viele viele Tage in Kühlschrank gestellt, fast nichts frisches)
- kein Empfang bei Check-Inn (Inhaber musste mehrfach über mehrere Nummern angerufen werden)
- Inhaber schreibt einem bei Problemen 1-2 Tage nicht zurück

Finger weg von der Unterkunft!
Pros:

Finger weg von der Boutique! Wir fragten, aufgrund der letzten schlechten Bewertungen anderer Gäste in 2026, eine Stornierungsoption an, dem wurde leider nicht stattgegeben, ohne Begründung seitens der Unterkunft.
Zwar war unsere Stornierungsfrist abgelaufen, aber der Kontakt zur Unterkunft war trotzdem seltsam. Es gibt hier 3! Mobiltelefonnummern, es scheint sich nicht wirklich jemand um den Service des Hauses zu kümmern.
Wir selbst haben dann eine viel bessere Möglichkeit zur Übernachtung auf Sao Miguel gefunden.
Billige Preise scheinen sich hier in den Qualität der Unterkunft zu bestätigen.
Anfragen zum unserem Check In und Check Out scheinen auch aus der Ferne her automatisch generiert zu sein, obwohl wir nicht vor Ort waren.
Fazit; bucht woanders und ihr habt eine gute Alternative- garantiert !

L'emplacement. Le charme de la maison avec sa belle décoration et son beau jardin. Le petit déjeuner avec des spécialités locales.

Cons:

La cabine de douche étroite et sa mauvaise évacuation. Les salles de bain privatives ont la même clé d'accès, ce qui fait que la chambre voisine peut ouvrir votre salle de bain.

Joli mais pas pour y séjourner longtemps.
Pros:

La deco, la vieille bâtisse avec beaucoup de charme, le parking juste en face, pièces communes cosy et confortables.

Cons:

Le logement est vétuste: vieille bâtisse très humide, la cuisine est équipée d’une dolce gusto mais il n’y a pas de capsules, la table de cuisine est à peine fixée au mur, les poignées de portes de douche se dévissent, les oreillers sont très anciens, le jacuzzi ne fonctionne pas, bref je ne recommande pas.

The second I stepped foot into the place, I loved it.
Pros:

It looks humble outside, inside it’s like you’re staying in an old castle that has been modernized, and it is charming as can be. Every little detail, all of the tiles and the rock walls, the fun colored paint, the great decor. Every little touch is lovely.

Pros:

O alojamento era bem decorado e bonito, mas houve experiências que nos fizeram ficar desconfortáveis e com vontade de ir embora. A sra das limpezas e do pequeno almoço que vai durante a semana é prestável, profissional e simpática.
O pequeno almoço até que é bom à exceção dos ovos frios e um bocado fraco em fruta.

Cons:

Bem, primeiramente sabemos pela mensagem que enviam dias antes com o código de entrada e outras instruções que, a casa de banho é no piso de baixo e o quarto no piso de cima, o que é algo desconfortável principalmente à noite. Depois, todas as primeiras noites vimos baratas nos corredores da casa e na 3a noite vimos no quarto e na sala (que ficava do lado do nosso quarto). Enfim, tivemos vontade de ir embora naquela hora mas pelo preço que se paga, que para nós é demasiado alto para as condições que tem e não queríamos perder todo o dinheiro acabamos por ficar e colocamos produto para desinfetar. Felizmente depois da 4a noite já não vimos baratas no quarto mas continuamos a ver no piso inferior, nas casas de banho e principalmente no exterior da casa, perto de um pequeno tanque que estava cheio de água, havia muitas. Quando isto foi exposto ao alojamento nem sequer lamentaram, apenas disseram 'iremos chamar a empresa, obrigada'.
Depois, não tão grave mas é algo chato, ao fdsemana as pessoas que iam tratar do pequeno almoço atrasaram-se e não limpam a casa nesses dias. Outra coisa: quando começam o pequeno almoço fazem logo todos os ovos estrelados, ou seja, se alguém for mais tarde irá comer os ovos frios, o que para nós não faz muito sentido, tendo em conta que está lá alguém responsável por isso.
Concluindo, não recomendamos principalmente pelo elevado preço que cobram por noite.

Good value for money but pay attention to the room type.
Pros:

We stayed in a private suite with bathroom and small kitchen. Daily cleaning and changing towels. Breakfast a little late but you have choices and is ok if are ok to share the kitchen with others.

Cons:

Be aware when selecting the rooms, some of them have the bathroom on a different level (downstairs, locked but not in the room). With some attention to details the place can be more comfortable (flashing lights at the entrance, doors cracking, the appliances in the room were old and with rust, etc.)
