Pros:

Room was very clean, equipped with a great balcony. Useful kitchen appliances. Very friendly host. Enough parking space. Location of the house is central yet quiet, 4 minutes to the ski lift by car. Would come again should we visit Matrei again

Cons:

Just minor things: More obvious places to discard our trash. Bins were not so easy to find. Also: USB charging sockets would be a great update. Kitchen could need a wine bottle opener

Bathroom is separeted into shower in one space and sink in the sleeping room. Also sleeping room had some strange odour.
