L'espace de la chambre, la propreté, les espaces collectif était bien entretenu, l'emplacement à 20min du centre ville

Cons:

Manque de savoir vivre de certaines personnes, beaucoup de bruit exterieur/intérieur, difficile de trouver l'exact endroit pour les clés et la première porte d'entrée (ça serait bien de mieux le préciser pour les personnes étrangères), ainsi que pour les places de parking à l'arrière ? Peut on s'y garer ?
Autre point, une très forte chaleur dans les pièces à vivre

Pros:

The room was very spacious, it was nice that there was a shared kitchen, and communication was very fast and friendly. We also got lucky that we could reserve the house's parking spot (at an extra fee, though). Located in a nice part of the city, too.

Cons:

The walls are letting sounds through quite a bit, and we could often hear the other rooms. Warm water from the shower and sink didn't work on some days (or very hot), and the coffee machine and dishwasher were broken during our stay.

Lage ist gut nicht weit weg von Zentrum.

Cons:

Das Badezimmer riecht unangenehm, der Boden ist nass und Heissung ist nicht warm.
Im Schlafzimmer Fenster und Türen machen beim Öffnen und Schließen laute Geräusche.

Die Lage war okay, ca 20 Minuten i
Zu Fuß in die Innenstadt, allerdings an einer Hauptstraße gelegen

Cons:

Die Unterkunft nennt sich Gästehaus, allerdings besteht sie nur aus eine Wohnung mit 5 Zimmern, dabei nur ein Bad. Die Einrichtung ist veraltet, während unseres Aufenthalts wurde weder gereinigt noch Müll entsorgt. Die Zimmer sind nur mit einem Bartschlüssel abzuschließen. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern funktioniert nur nach mehreren Anrufen. Der Aufenthalt war leider enttäuschend, wir würde diese Unterkunft nicht noch einmal buchen

Unterkunft sehr sauber und gepflegt
Pros:

Es gab eine Gemeinschaftsküche sowie ein Gemeinschaftsbad und beide Gemeinschaftsräume wurden auch von den Gästen immer sehr sauber hinterlassen, Küche immer das Geschirr abgespült und alles weggeräumt.
Obwohl es vielerlei elektr. Küchenhilfen gab, fehlte mir ein Toaster, um einmal ein Brötchen oder Brot aufzubacken.

Bei einigen Zimmern müssen die Türen nachjustiert werden, ganz besobnders Zimmer 5, Die Türe quietschte furchbar und sie musste wohl auch immer ziemlich zugeschlagen werden
