It was an excellent experience of stay with my family from UK who enjoyed it immensely!.
Pros:

The location and the accommodation set up amidst the Cardamom plantation and of course the cool climate!. And the management's help in nearby site visits!.

We had an incredible experience at Reen Resorts, Thekkady. The hospitality and service from the entire staff were top-notch; everyone was warm, welcoming, and always ready to help.

A very special thanks to the manager, Mr. Mohd. Nazeer, for his exceptional assistance, generosity, and outstanding support throughout our stay. He truly made our visit extra special and hassle-free.

Highly recommended for anyone visiting Thekkady! We will definitely come back again.

Pros:

A wonderful place for nature lovers. The property was spotless, peaceful, and waking up to the beautiful whistling birds every morning was a delight. The food was excellent, with authentic Kerala dishes that were both fresh and delicious. The staff were warm and caring, and they took special care of my 76-year-old mother, which we truly appreciated.

Cons:

The only area for improvement is the bathroom water pressure, as the fittings are modern but the water flow could be better. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would be happy to visit again.

Pros:

The property is cozy and beautiful, with spacious rooms and all amenities. It is inside a plantation so you are really close to nature. It is slightly far from the city centre and you need a car to travel that distance especially after the sun sets. The hotel staff helped us find a local rental which made it easy to commute!

Pros:

The privacy with seperated areas of accomodation lots of space between rooms

Cons:

Water for showers was just warm ...the international selection of food was minimal and was done not really to standard expected ..club sandwich was cold and very dry ..the Italian dishes were sweet like sugar was added .

Great hotel hidden in the forest.
Pros:

Lovely hotel nestled among cardamom plants, we had a superior room which was very spacious.

Cons:

All very good just one thing- disappointing exercise bike in the gym which was unusable.

Pros:

A very tranquil hotel set in the heart of a cardamon plantation. Our room was excellent and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant was also very good.

Cons:

The only down side was that there isn’t much to do near the hotel.

Beautiful Resort
Pros:

Beautiful resort, quiet, calm. Very attentive and polite efficient staff. Rooms and food were excellent.

Cons:

The only negative would be the hotel is quite a distance away from anything so be prepared, to not be able to pop out easily.
