Great facilities and incredible host for reasonable price.
Pros:

Everything! This facilities were specious, clean, quiet, and air conditioned. The water pressure was strong and the WiFi worked great. The host was amazing and helped us plan each day while we were there and provided transportation for a very reasonable price. We also had a lovely private patio to hang out on.

Cons:

Nothing, this place was amazing.

Pros:

La struttura è davvero molto curata e pulita.
È presente un dispenser di acqua purificata assolutamente sicura per riempirsi le bottiglie (cosa che noi abbiamo apprezzato molto).
È offerta una colazione con cibo locale davvero squisita con proposte dolci, salate e frutta fresca.

Fonseka e sua moglie sono due persone meravigliose: disponibili, accoglienti e gentili.
Abbiamo passato in questa GuestHouse le nostre prime 4 notti in Sri Lanka e grazie a Fonseka ci siamo sentiti subito a casa.
Ci ha dato moltissimi consigli su cosa fare e vedere in zona, anche rispetto ad attività che ci permettessero di conoscere al meglio le tradizioni e la cultura locale.
Inoltre Fonseka non si è mai tirato indietro nell'accompagnarci alle diverse attrazioni.
Siamo molto grati a lui e alla sua famiglia per la cura e l'accoglienza.

Buen lugar como campamento base
Pros:

Buena relación calidad precio. El desayuno lo hacen con mucho cariño y está delicioso. Nos ayudaron en todo lo que les pedimos. Hubo buena comunicación en todo momento.

Cons:

La familia que lo lleva no permanece en el establecimiento durante todo el día, lo que significa que si tienes alguna necesidad, puede que no siempre estén disponibles en ese momento. Es cierto que hacen por estar en pocos minutos, pero no siempre les es posible.

Clean and helpful team.
Pros:

Good location - away from Main Street with breakfast and spacious rooms.
Owner did suggest traditional dance show that was really good and good value (we saw another one after in Kandy and it was NOT good).

Cons:

Needed your help after dark to get to main street as no lights.
Power and water cuts (not always able to flush toilet!)
No towels provided.
Owner very keen to offer driving or recommendations even when we explained daily we had a driver.

2 night stay in Habarana (woman travelling alone)
Pros:

Dulwan Guesthouse is well located in Habarana, a 5mn walk from the junction where all buses stop. Upali was nice and helpful, and he arranged for me from one day to the other a jeep safari in Kaudulla national park that was absolutely amazing !

Pros:

Beautiful home. Extremely clean with a great breakfast. Very friendly and hospitable family. Very comfortable beds with a choice of air con or fan.

Cons:

Nothing. If you want to eat out walk along the street beyond the roundabout. Great restaurants down that way.

Friendly warmth!
Pros:

The host (and the whole family) was friendly, welcoming, and also understanding. He came to pick us up from the train stop, brought us straight to a joint to have dinner, and took our luggage to our room. He also organized a wonderful safari for us which was at a better price than the ones we had looked into before.

Cons:

Can't really say much... In the morning we asked for butter, which wasn't there, but otherwise breakfast was yummy.

有空調、有熱水、水壓穩定、乾淨、安靜。主人很貼心幫我安排所以我旅行需要的例如看野生動物、按摩、租車。住這裡很放心。
附近有湖畔可散步，我住了三晚感謝主人的協助，讓我渡過美好的時光。

沒有備品需要自行準備。沒有飲水機。棉被有點薄。

It was great value for money and Upali (the host) went above and beyond to make sure our stay was everything we wanted. Even organized our own drivers throughout Sri Lanka. A+++
