Great and we will be back
Pros:

Easy walk to the beach.
Room and bathroom big, airy and very clean.
Great touch being able to have toast and cereal within the price

Overnight stay in WSM
Pros:

Exceptional. Very clean and comfortable. The property is in pristine condition. Definitely one of the nicest b&b type accomodation anywhere. Great location, easy to find with a parking place too. Well recommended.

Pros:

Lovely large and comfortable room and large ensuite bathroom. Owner friendly and helpful.
Nicely decorated and the ceiling fan was great in the recent heatwave.
Very close to the sea front and town centre but far enough to be very quiet at night

Cons:

Although there was a shared kitchen on the floor above it would have been nice to have a small fridge in the room.

AMAZING
Pros:

Having a separate kitchenette and own bathroom.
There was plenty of space, to eat with a basin in the room too. There was an amazing ceiling fan a beautiful view and an ideal location with only a few minutes walk to the beach. I have never booked to stay within someone's home due to the worry of being suffocated and watched but the hosts were relaxed, helpful welcoming and let us come/go as we pleased. We will be returning here and would recommend to all to stay in the family room

Perfect.
Pros:

We had a lovely stay at Southcote. The house itself is absolutely beautiful, and the room we stayed in was equally as nice. The kitchenette which had everything you'd need for breakfast already provided was an added bonus. The location is great and the views were sunning.

Pros:

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Das Zimmer ist groß, gemütlich und sauber. Southcote ist mit dem Auto leicht erreichbar, ein Parkplatz wurde uns in der Einfahrt zur Verfügung gestellt.

Fantastic family room
Pros:

We had a lovely welcome from the hosts, was so friendly and showed us all around. Beautiful and clean. Had everything we needed for our stay and the added use of the kitchen was a bonus. The complimentary cereals, milk bread made breakfast simple for us. Location was fantastic a short walk and was at the pier.

Cons:

Nothing to dislike, will absolutely love to stay again in hope we get better weather to enjoy the beach properly next time.
