Para repetir, sin duda!
Pros:

La habitación estaba fresquita, cosa que se agradece con el calor que hacía. Guiseppe encantador, súper amable y atento!! Nos ofreció un aperitivo y estuvo pendiente de nosotros todo el tiempo.

Divina experiencia!
Pros:

Pasamos 2 dias muy hermosos en Florencia, junto con Giuseppe, el mejor anfitrion que puedes tener. La habitación está super bien, es grande, no necesitas ni aire ni ventilador, ya que es super fresca. La ubicación es muy buena, llegas caminando a todos lados.

Pior experiencia da minha vida. Como comissário de voo, me hospedo em hoteis por mais de 13 anos, seja a trabalho ou lazer. Não me lembro de ter conhecido anfitrião mais arrogante e desagradável. Por volta das 23:00 comunicamos ao anfitrião barulhos de caminhada fortes na acomodação acima da nossa, tao fortes que faziam lustre balançar. Inicialmente se fez de desentendido e argumentou que não havia hospedes acima do nosso, mas a verdade é que era o quarto dele e o proprio fazia os barulhos, que eram constantes, impossivel descansar. Após isso, ele foi ao nosso quarto conferir o barulho, ficava olhando sinicamente para o teto até confessar que era ele barulhento. Mas o mais grave foi que com uma arrogancia sem tamanho disse exatamente o seguinte: "SE VOCES QUISEREM PODEM IR EMBORA! EU TENHO 3 PESSOAS ESPERANDO POR ESSA VAGA!". Isso quase a meia noite, com aproximadamente 11graus de frio. Alem disso, este sujeito não fala ingles e nem comreende, ficava usando tradutor a todo tempo. Ficariamos mais 2 dias nesse lugar, mas logo na manha seguinte fomos embora e com imensa felicidade em não reve-lo e esperamos que nunca mais.

Perfect stay in Florence for a weekend – beautiful place and wonderful host!

Everything was perfect. The property was beautiful and ideal for a weekend in Florence. Giuseppe was amazing: very kind, polite, extremely responsive and always helpful. He made our stay even better and was available whenever we needed anything.

Pros:

As a solo traveler I felt very safe and comfortable in the area and apartment. The host was very kind and lively. Because I was staying there for 5 nights he made sure to change my towels out which was very considerate. The location perfect, close to the tram as well and the city center. Giuseppe also made sure to keep the apartment very clean. Overall I had an amazing stay and would highly recommend!

Uma hospedagem impecável com um anfitrião extremamente acolhedor, localização privilegiada.
Pros:

O anfitrião foi excepcional, muito receptivo e flexível com os horários de check-in e check-out, permitindo guardarmos as malas.

Fomos surpreendidos com mimos como uma garrafa de vinho e até uma pizza preparada por ele, além de ótimas dicas locais.

O quarto era silencioso e impecável, localizado em um bairro excelente e com fácil acesso a tudo.

Cons:

Não tenho pontos negativos a ressaltar sobre a estadia.

Toda a experiência superou minhas expectativas, sem qualquer inconveniente.

Giuseppe, the owner, was amazing. This is a very hospitable place, perfect for getting a more authentic experience in Florence. He can tell you about some amazing restaurants and places to visit. The room was also beautiful, Giuseppe is clearly very passionate about keeping it clean and proper. The location is also really amazing, you can see everything on foot.

Cozy and beautiful private room close to the train station.
Pros:

The place was immaculate, super clean and everything in great shape, decorated with great taste. The private bathroom was very spacious and pretty. Giuseppe was a fantastic host and great conversation with him. The location is convenient, close to bus and tram stops. The neighborhood is nice, safe and quiet.

Cons:

Our room was a built colder than usual but heater was available. The address in the the reservation confirmation has the quartiere included and that gets confusing when you put the whole address in maps, we ended up in another location at first.
