居住体验超过很多商务酒店，性价比高。
Pros:

房东非常爱干净，房间维护得很好，备品也相当齐全。离地铁站和便利店近，吃饭的选择也比较多，出行方便。

Domowa atmosfera i wszystko, co potrzeba
Pros:

Bardzo przytulne i swojskie zakwaterowanie w spokojnej, domkowej okolicy, ale blisko głównej drogi i stacji metra, z której można dostać się do centrum Sapporo w kilkanaście minut. Przesympatyczna właścicielka i przyjacielski kot :)

快適なステイ！
Pros:

とても快適なステイでした。地下鉄駅までも、新千歳空港までのバスターミナルも4-5分と近く、実に便利で動きやすかっです。オーナーの方もとてもフレンドリーでチェックインも22時ごろと遅かったのですが、快く対応してくださいました。

Cons:

部屋に冷蔵庫があり、使わせていただき翌日の朝ごはんなどを保存させていただくのに助かったのですが、冷蔵庫臭でしょうか、臭いがあったことのみ、気になりました。

Pros:

The host gave me a very warm welcome, which made me feel at home right away. The building was spotless, and my room was exceptionally clean, spacious enough to fully open two large suitcases, and had a very comfortable bed.

Although the toilet and shower room was located outside the bedroom, it was private, exclusively for my use, and very clean, so it wasn't an issue at all.

The location is also excellent, just a 5-minute walk from the station and conveniently close to the bus stop for airport transfers as well as buses to and from Otaru. I had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this place.

The illuminated "Art Inn 24" LED sign outside the property also made it very easy to find, even when arriving for the first time.

I also noticed an older review mentioning that the room didn't have curtains. It seems that the host addressed that, as the room now had curtains, which made the stay even more comfortable.

Pros:

部屋が広く、清潔で、住宅地の中なのでとても静かな環境でした。

Cons:

寝返りを打つとベッドがギシギシときしむのが気になりました。
シーツも布団も快適だっただけにちょっと残念でした。

初の民泊ホテル体験でしたが、ロケーションいいし、全て清潔だし、インテリアセンスもいいし、いちばんはオーナーがブラバーーー❣️👏

地元のアットホームさを感じる宿泊施設

大手のビジネスホテルより静かです
Pros:

民泊みたいな感じ(？)ですが、他の部屋の方と会うことは無くすごく静かだったし、自分専用のシャワーブースとトイレで安心感がありました。
あと、皆さんがすごく話しやすかったです。

場所がちょっと分かりづらいかもです。でも丁寧に教えてくれます。
