Our second stay at this hotel was very disappointing. Unfortunately, we experienced the same problems as during our previous visit. When we arrived, the owner did not open the gate, and we had to call and wait for a long time outside. This already happened to us before, so it seems to be a repeated issue.
We had paid for both the room and breakfast, and we had clearly informed the owner in advance that we would be leaving at 9 a.m. However, the next morning, when we asked about breakfast before checking out, he told us he had not prepared anything. He casually offered to make only bread and jam if we wanted.
This was very disappointing because we were hungry and had expected the breakfast that was included in our booking. In the end, we left the hotel without eating anything. The owner seemed careless, unprofessional, and disrespectful towards guests. Sadly, after two bad experiences, we would not recommend staying here.
Malgré un loupé de départ par l’hôte dû à un souci personnel, il s’est fondu en excuses et a été très arrangeant, je ne peux que reconnaître sa gentillesse et son désir de vouloir bien faire pour ses guests.
Le logement est très agréable, bien placé, bon rapport qualité prix donc je recommande d’y séjourner 😊
L'hôte est une personne merveilleuse : il répondra à toutes vos questions et vos demandes. Il vous donnera des conseils pour savoir où louer un scooter, quoi visiter, où manger...
Il est venu me chercher à l'aéroport et m'a attendu plus d'1h. Il nous a prêté son scooter pour qu'on puisse aller manger un midi. Il nous a donné des mangues quand on est partis.
Le petit-déjeuner est très bon et copieux. Ses mangues sont trop bonnes !
L'emplacement est stratégique et calme. La chambre est propre et spacieuse.
Je recommande ++++ !

Очень хороший отель, чисто и уютно как дома. Но больше всего мне понравился хозяин отеля, очень приятный человек. Утром заботливо делал завтрак. Всегда во всем помогал , очень заботился. Ощутила себя как дома у бабушки прям 😍

Wonderful hospitality. Our host was kind and helpful and made us feel welcome. The room was spacious and very clean, with a comfortable bed. Tasty and good sized breakfast served with fresh juice and hot drinks. In a quiet and calm location good for nearby attractions and moderately close to the airport. Thanks again! ⭐️

I traveled throughout Sri Lanka for two weeks, and this was by far the most pleasant place I've ever stayed. The communication with the owners was excellent. The room was spotlessly clean. Even the curtains smelled freshly laundered. The room was very well insulated, allowing it to maintain the temperature you left it in for a long time. The bathroom furniture looked new, as did the fixtures. The lighting was very well thought out. There was plenty of space for luggage. A kettle and glasses and mugs were available inside. I received bottles of chilled water. A beautiful terrace overlooking the well-kept greenery. Breakfast, prepared by the owner's wife, was delicious. The place is definitely worth the price. I think the reviews for this place are too low.

2階でしたが、デリック(オーナー)がヒョイと担いで上げ下げしてくれました。助かりました。
チェックアウト後の荷物預かりや、pick meからの電話も代わって説明してくれたり本当に親切にしていただきありがとうございました。
周りには何もない場所なんですが、トュクトュク乗れたら行動範囲広がると思うので、買い物したりご飯食べに行ったりできますよ！
