Not the best stay, amd we were happy to leave
Pros:

The owner was helpful, the view is nice, and the train will pass nearby, the owner gave us a free pick up to a pick point

Cons:

The insects were filling the room everywhere even with the windows closed, we couldn’t find a taxi, or tuk tuk to take us anywhere because the hotel is deep down in the valley and no one will accept to drop or pick us up, it was very hard to find a taxi from the pickup point and everyone was charging us triple.

Pros:

The location was great, walked everywhere via the train tracks. The outdoor bath was so cool and there was hot water. The breakfast was really nice there. This was our favourite place. The room was clean and modern. We didnt get the room cleaned in the two days and no other water was there other than the 2 on arrival. I took two from the mini bar and was charged

Cons:

The staff weren't the friendlist. The elderly family members where really lovley. They young ones were not unfriendly just not as friendly as we have had. They messaged us late saying they would pick us up at the train station. We were allready there in a tuk tuk. They messaged implying that if we gave them 30mins notice they would pick us up, when I messaged in the evening for a pick up because of the rain. They didnt message back. Untill we had stared walking over 30 mins later. I asked them if we would have to pay and they said yes, so we didnt bother. Little things like that were the only issues, when we stayed in other places they were so helpfull I get this impression unless you show the money they didnt want to help. But the place was my favourite in location, surroundings and the outdoor bath.

The hot water for the bath was not working. Which is unfortunate since the bath on the balcony is really why you book this place.

Przepiękny wschód słońca i taras

Cons:

Zdjęcia pokoju nie odpowiadały rzeczywistości. Trudna komunikacja dotyczącą śniadania. Hotel na uboczu, trzeba się liczyć z trudnością w dotarciu do hotelu. Trzeba było zapłacić za tuktuki x 3, aby chciały tam jechać.

Ein Ort abseits des Trubels von Ella
Pros:

Wir waren zwei Nächte in Ella. Das Guesthouse liegt etwas abseits, aber mit dem TukTuk (10 Minuten) oder zu Fuß (20 Minuten) ist man schnell in der Stadt. Der Ausblick ist grandios, die Anlage sehr gepflegt und lädt mit vielen kleinen Sitzgelegenheiten zum Entspannen ein. Unser Zimmer war groß genug für drei Leute und mit Klimaanlage, Ventilator und sogar einem kleinen Kühlschrank ausgestattet. Das Highlight ist sicher die Badewanne auf der Terrasse… Die Eigentümer kümmern sich um alles und organisieren auch ein TukTuk für Ausflüge in die Umgebung.

En last minute ils m'ont laissé un whatsapp disant qu'ils ne pouvaient plus nous recevoir. Et aucune solution pour nous à 19h... Aucune proposition de nous reloger quelque part. Très déçue donc.

Pros:

La vista dall'hotel è semplicemente meravigliosa ed è sicuramente il punto forte della struttura, il piccolo terrazzino fronte camera, la terrazza sottostante, l'area adibita ai pasti con vista sualla giungla, sulle rotaie del treno e sulle distese di tè sono sicuramente il motivo per cui andare in questo hotel. Non è facilmente raggiungibile ma offrono gratuitamente il trasporto dalla strada principale fino alla loro struttura. Wifi ben funzionante. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Qualche problema con il lavandino ma sono venuti subito ad aggiustarlo.

Cons:

Camera per 4 persone piccola, non avevamo lo spazio per aprire le valigie ma dovendo restare una notte solo andava benissimo. Eravamo da soli a cena, cosa successa anche in altre strutture, ma anche lo stesso personale dopo averci servito il pasto è andato via..per cui ad esempio non vi era possibilità di fare qualunque tipo di richiesta.

Das Personal war bemüht

Cons:

Leider täuchen die Bilder. Wir hatten das Zimmer mit der Badewanne. Leider ist diese ziemlich klein und steht im öffentlichen Bereich. Dh jeder kann einfach so auf die „eigene“ Terrasse. Auch das Personal hat einen Weg über die Terrasse zu einem hinteren Bereich. Der Zugangsweg ist eine Zumutung. Im Zimmer keine gemütliche Atmosphäre und keine Schränke. Kann es leider nicht empfehlen.

Prachtig uitzicht op een goede locatie
Pros:

Ruime kamer met een mooi terras en een prachtig zicht. Lekker ontbijt.
De eigenaar en de medewerkers zijn super vriendelijk. Centraal gelegen, op 15 minuten met de tuktuk van Ella centrum.
Een aanrader.
