Great, quiet location, friendly, caring family home-stay
Pros:

Sobaya had a lovely homely feel, everyone was very friendly, helpful and generous. Located in a quiet street, close to the lake, tuktuks and restaurants. Great for families, with a fabulous children's playground closeby. Comfortable walking distance to city along the walking track next to the lake.

Très sommaire
Pros:

L’emplacement de cette maison est bien adaptée pour visiter la ville et les points importants. l’hôte est plutôt accueillante. Nous avions choisi cet établissement par rapport aux commentaires et l’envie d’être chez l’habitant. Toutefois, les chambres sont propres mais étouffantes et nous avons tout de suite été invité à prendre la climatisation pour la moitié du prix de la chambre ainsi que de payer immédiatement avec une insistance pesante.
De plus les ventilateurs font un bruit important. L’odeur très forte de naphtaline à motiver notre décision
À ce prix nous avons préféré partir en payant nos deux nuits et choisir un autre établissement de proximité.

Mala relación calidad-precio, me he quedado en lugares mejores por menos precio.
Pros:

Camas y almohadas muy cómodas, por lo menos la mía, porque la que había a mi lado no era igual, era un colchón mucho mas duro.
La ubicación, me gustó tener el lago al lado, pude hacer fotos muy bonitas, y hay bares de zumos muy acogedores y restaurantes.
El desayuno por US3 no estuvo nada mal, buena cantidad y muy variado, te pregunta mas o menos qué es lo que te apetece. Los huevos cocidos en un caldo amarillo me encantaron .

Cons:

Tener que pagar por la toalla.
El Wifi no funcionaba, así que fue un auténtico aburrimiento estar en la habitación sin internet, sin poder planear mi próximo destino etc. Hoy en día internet es obligatorio. La señal daba a tope, pero no conectaba, y la señal de mi tarjeta SIM no era suficiente. La dueña decía que a ella si le funcionaba, un misterio.
El aire acondicionado dejó de funcionar la segunda noche, quedé con la dueña que si lo usaba, pagaría 2000 extra, pero por un extraño motivo no tuve elección porque dejó de funcionar.
El ventilador está colgado en el techo dando vueltas, no se puede dejar fijo en una dirección, y al estar sin aire acondicionado, la noche no fue muy agradable y no pude descansar bien.
