Good value in a central location
Pros:

Great views overlooking the river. The property is quite clean considering the age of the building

Cons:

No aircon. With the window open, the mosquitoes and traffic noise. The western sun really heats the room over summer. Bathroom on the top floor is an inconvenience but you get what you paid for.

Pros:

Great view from the windows. The room was spacious and the mattress was very comfortable. Exceptionally clean. Great value for the money, great location.

Cons:

The building was quite old so the soundproofing was basically non-existent. It didn't bother me much personally, even though I could clearly hear the neighbours sneezing, walking about their room, etc.
Note: I haven't used the kitchen at all, so no idea what it looks like. I just didn't have a need for it during my stay there.

Miła pani zarządzająca obiektem.

Cons:

Obiekt swoje czasy świetności ma dawno za sobą. Drewniana klatka schodowa skrzypiąca przy każdym ruchu. Umeblowanie pokoju stare, zużyte. Każdy z mebli z innej parafii, jakby kompletowane z wystawek lub przerzucane między pokojami, żeby wykorzystać istniejący sprzęt do maksimum, łóżko 2m z wysokimi frontem i zagłówkiem, przez co osoba wysoka nie jest w stanie się wyprostować. Łóżko skrzypiące, wyleżane. Podłoga drewniana, dawno nie konserwowana, przez co skrzypiąca. Na korytarzu brud, dziura w ścianie w toalecie. Prysznice z kotarą, bez żadnej półki na kosmetyki, więc wszystko mokre po wzięciu prysznica. Podwórko obskurne, ze smietniskiem, gdzie widać, że np drzwi taki same jak do pokojów, więc to śmieci z obiektu. Balkon też pozostawia wiele do życzenia. W nocy prawie nie spałem, ciągle było słychać skrzypienie schodów na klatce schodowej, ludzie chodzący do toalety, o 4 ktoś opuszczający obiekt. Niewygodne łóżko nie pomagało. Miałem tu spędzić 3 noce, po 1 nocy opuściłem obiekt. Ze zmęczenia po nieprzespanej nocy po popołudniu zasłabłem w pociągu.
Na pewno nie jest to nocleg na 130zl za dobę. Wstydź sie booking, nie do takiej jakości jestem przyzwyczajony korzystając z tego serwisu
