van de beschrijving op Booking had ik niet begrepen dat je een slaapkamer in iemand zijn huis huurt. Het is een beetje vaag beschreven. Daardoor heb je eigenlijk geen privacy. Je loopt door die man zijn woonkamer als je 's nachts naar het toilet moet. We hebben iets anders gehuurd en zijn eerder weggegaan.

⛵ Posizione centrale ottima, appartamento è molto bello, arredato con gusto e comodo. Anche la terrazza è grande ma allo stresso tempo accogliente e luminosa.

Il proprietario, Sebastiano, è stato un host davvero incredibile, ci ha fatto sentire a casa. Ci ha preparato una colazione con i fiocchi, da leccarsi i baffi.
Preciso e disponibile su qualsiasi dubbio o richiesta.
Una persona alla mano ma che sa rispettare le persone e gli spazi. Se si cerca una sistemazione diversa dal solito e un'esperienza autentica in Sicilia vale la pena di alloggiare qui.

Le séjour à l’appartement s’est très bien passé. Sebastiano est très agréable et serviable. Je recommande !

Pros:

Bardzo ciekawe mieszkanie w kamienicy, bez windy. Osobny pokój zamykany na klucz, reszta pomieszczeń współdzielona z hostem. Całe mieszkanie jest wielkie - świetnie wyposażona kuchnia, salon, jadalnia, łazienka z prysznicem, taras. Na drugim poziomie jacuzzi czynne od czerwca, więc nie udało się nam z niego skorzystać. Zapewniono nam szlafroki, abyśmy się czuli swobodnie w drodze do łazienki ;) Host Sebastiano to człowiek wielu talentów, m.in. miłośnik gotowania. Ugotował dla nas kolację ostatniej nocy i częstował winem z własnej winnicy oraz innymi własnymi wyrobami. Przed wylotem przygotował nam śniadanie, które zjedliśmy na tarasie. Sebastiano był bardzo pomocny i mogliśmy się go zapytać o wszystko. Pobyt uważamy za udany i chętne wrócimy.

Cons:

Problem z parkowaniem- w dzień jest bardzo trudno znaleźć miejsce do parkowania, za to w nocy jest pusto i trochę ciemno na ulicach. Na szczęście są hulajnogi elektryczne, dzięki którym można się szybko przedostać do centrum.

Everything was like on the pictures. Very supportive and friendly host ( also lives there ). It was very clean.
Bus stop to the city center or Monreale just some steps from the appartment. Historic center was easy to reach ( but 15min walk).

Pros:

Die herzliche Art und das Gefühl zuhause zu sein.
Ich wurde durch die Stadt geführt, bekocht und war zunächst überrascht als ich die Unterkunft gesehen habe. Das Apartment wurde stilvoll eingerichtet und Sebastiano und Jessica waren auf höchstem Niveau bemüht, mir eine schöne Zeit zu bereiten! Ich kann diese Unterkunft jedem empfehlen, der beim Reisen auch mehr von der Kultur erfahren möchte.

Un angolo di paradiso
Pros:

La struttura è incantevole, la terrazza un gioiello e ottima la posizione ma quello che ha reso il.nostro soggiorno unico è stata la presenza del proprietario Seby che ci ha coccolati e accolti calorosamente. Abbiamo avuto la possibilità di gustare dei piatti preparati divinamente e dell'ottimo vino di sua produzione. Noi torneremo con piacere!
