Pulau ketam short trip
Pros:

Masuk : bilik wangi , cadar bersih , bilik bersih , langsir tak hapak , Aircond siap pasang.

Facility: I tak perasan ada standby iron or x sebab I bawa iron travel sendiri,untuk cawan ada di pantry tak disediakan dibilik so kena ambil bila nak guna. Untuk peti ais , ade sedia di luar bilik ( berkongsi dengan orang lain) tapi peti ais bersih.

Safety: ada kunci untuk main door and as usual untuk room , walaupun kasut kena buka dekat main door , alhamdulillah tak hilang

Oh ya ,
Senang berurusan dengan hotel ini , dia ada boat tour
Boat tour dia berbaloi weyh ,.

Walaupun pulau ketam fully bangsa china , I sangat respect dengan uolls because tak racis,kita sampai dan balik ada uncle sambut dengan karaoke , malam tu I sakit husband I berlari cari klinik , penduduk situ datang tolong, ada akak tu datang hotel ambil kitorang naik scooter hantarkan sampai klinik, ada pemuda Chinese tunggu kitorang sampai selesai.

Malam husband lepak dekat luar,
Husband cakap mereka baik sangat. Mereka ramah , siap hidang air coke dan nak belanja makan.

Super excellent service & very value 4 money
Pros:

- powerful aircon with ceiling fan too
- above & beyond staff service, always reachable, accommodating, very understanding & very helpful
- very clean
- common area available to chill & hv outside food
- one stop center, boat tour, bike & fish rod rental available thru them, dun hv to find others
- value for money, homestay with low price
- super strategic location, at main street

Cons:

- can hear other guests talking clearly or shouting excitedly when passing by
- no door latch at room
- no place to put small items like watch/accessories after remove

I would definitely choose this guesthouse again if I come back next time.
Pros:

The location is great, right on the main street, convenient for eating, drinking, and shopping. The guesthouse owner is very kind and helped me solve my problems.

Cons:

The pillow is too hard😂
