Limpeza áreas comuns boa mas poderia melhorar pouco mais mas acredito q isso seja tbm dos hóspedes garantir uma boa limpeza em louças na cozinha e banheiro compartilhado !

Casona con baño compartido
Pros:

Las instalaciones como casona parecen ser buenas, pero no dispone de baños independientes.

Cons:

No pude quedarme en el hospedaje porque en las indicaciones de la reserva no indica que es baño compartido y que la habitacion inicial que me darian no iba a tener ventana solo un ventilador pequeño.

En temas de cambios de la casona si se puede invertir en la restaurancion y hacer habitaciones con baños independientes, el tema central es que no indican que es baño compartidos. Y en base a la ventilacion de la habitacion se puede generar ventilacion con ductos y extractores de aire con silenciador.

Me iban a dar un cuarto con ventana porque lo pedi, pero era muy pequeño. Casi me quedo pero por comodidad mia y de mi pareja decidimos no quedarnos.

Si las indicaciones fueran claras no habría reservado y me hubiera evitado gastos por penalidad, no uso, transporte, mal rato, tener que buscar otra opcion y entre otras implicancias.

Pros:

Ubicación y tranquilidad del hospedaje

Cons:

El Internet, no pude ver TV durante la estadía ya que no tenía señal de cable y el Wi-Fi no era estable, por lo menos en la habitación donde me hospede

Nos atendieron bien y está muy bien ubicado

Cons:

Había popó de gato al lado de la cama. Adicionalmente la cocina estaba sucia y el lavamanos no tenía agua

Hostel full of surprises
Pros:

Well it was clean and in a good location.

Cons:

First of all, I arrived at the property and only discovered there that it's cash only. I hate when hostels do that, since when you're traveling for a long time you save your cash for things that are really just cash only. I wouldn't have booked there if I knew in advance.

Secondly, I went to take a shower and the hot water worked for 30 seconds and then just stopped coming out so I finished showering with cold water.

Thirdly, the next day I went to the other shower since there were 2 and to my surprise I was electrified there, then I returned to the first cold water shower.

Some serious manitance is required at this place...

Pros:

El lugar está ubicado estratégicamente para poder tomar los paseos, esta ubicado cerca a tiendas y en general es una zona segura. Los baños aunque son compartidos, estan siempre en buenas condiciones. El personal muy amable en especial el chico Cristian que nos recibió y nos dio buenas indicaciones.

Se sentia un poco de olor a humedad en el cuarto
