Right by the beach. Owner was helpful with questions. Parking for scooter.
Not very soundproof room to the upstairs neighbour. Aircon was intermittent but the owner gave us a fan. The owner was very helpful but at times we didn't want to talk so it felt like too much.
Room was great, amazing location, really friendly staff. Will definitely be returning!

It’s location is near to the tourist spots and restaurants 🌅🌊🍽️
What I liked the most about the accomodation was the fact it overlooks the sea, the amazing sunsets watched from the hammocks, the relaxed atmosphere, the gorgeous dogs and cats roaming around, snorkelling directly from the resort to see lots of fishes and turtles. The resort owner, Noel also went out of his way to make sure I had the most relaxing stay. He was extremely friendly, always checking if I was ok or needed anything. He assisted with organising a tuk tuk and driver to take me around the island and to the ferry port
The only thing that might improve the stay would be a small refrigerator and kettle in the rooms, but it wasn't a big deal as there is a nice cafe directly opposite the resort and another a few hundred metres down the road.
-right on the beach, lots of loungers and hammocks to relax in on the shore, while the units don’t face the water they are steps away
-five minute walk on the road or beach to the tubod marine sanctuary, you can also swim there from the resort if you can brave the sea lice
-room is massive
-owners are very sweet and kind and want you to have the best time
-walking distance to local and western restaurants
-great deal for the price
-spotless, owners take immaculate care of the property, shared bathrooms always clean and unoccupied
-friendly dogs, cats, and chickens
-fan room can be warm if you’re not directly in front of the fan, but I’m not complaining for this price
Lieu magnifique, calme et reposant. Chambre très cosy, 2 ventilateurs, on ne souffre pas de la chaleur. L’hôte est adorable et toujours là s’il y a besoin.
Proche de san Juan, à quelques minutes en scooter (que vous pourrez louer directement ici)
Le seul petit point négatif serait le fait que l’on ne captait pas très bien le wifi depuis notre chambre. Mais ca fait partie de la déconnexion que l’on a besoin en vacances !

Very quiet and peaceful. Sunset here is better than Paliton if you want to feel the island life.

Belle chambre , lit confortable , bel endroit pleins de fleurs et verdures , bel endroit près de la plage pour s’asseoir et relaxer
Le propriétaire exige pleins de règlements! Côme si on était des enfants … pas le droit d’avoir des sandales dans la chambres , débrancher même les recharge cellulaire au cas où ça prendrait feu , ne pas faire de bruit , fermer les lumières , on ne peut même pas ajuster la température de l’eau de la douche car il a bloqué le dispositif, il éteint l’air climatisé dès que vous êtes sorti de votre chambre , rincer ses choses dehors pour ne pas bloquer le drain mais l’eau de la douche est brune et pleines de sables … c’était désagréable! Je croyais que la chambre donnait sur une belle plage mais non et la plage est rocailleuse
The location was great
The air conditioning was not working all the time, the sink toilet was leaking and clogged. The bed is too soft, and the person in charge is always checking.
Chambre très propre, simple mais avec tout le nécessaire.
Bon emplacement, très joli cadre avec accès à la mer et possibilité de voir des tortues en snorkelling.
Le propriétaire était vraiment adorable et donne son maximum pour faire passer un excellent séjour à ses hôtes.
Isolation sommaire entre les chambres. Les bruits de pas des voisins du dessus s’entendent beaucoup.
