Inconsiderate, she cares more about the sales rather than taking care of their business.
Pros:

I like that there's an aircon and free mineral water at the tiny lobby

Cons:

I didn't like the unpleasant and rude approach of the old lady who's taking care of the incoming guest. After i booked the room since there's no cancellation and refund policy that I've booked via agoda, I called the phone number right away indicated in the website. She was shouting at me when i greeted her i was just confirming that we are arriving in an hour of two. I'm so shooked how she approached and let her know that we're arriving with an infant (1 month old baby) there's no indication in the booking platform that babies have fees. She said they will not accept us unless qi pay extra for the infant. She's so inconsiderate the room is not even a 2 star hotel. When we arrive there there's a staircase made of metal that is so narrow and she changed her answer that if we're coming with a baby, we won't be accepted when that's not what she initially told me she's asking for more money for a poor stay and bad location plus very bad treatment. I hope this will change and future clients should be aware. God bless your business.

Great just what we needed.
Pros:

Very friendly and helpful staff if you like street food the location is great also walking distance from jolibee and over restaurants and short taxi journey to Venice shopping mall. Staff was very friendly and even allowed us to check in early. The aircon in the room was great private bathroom too.

Cons:

TV in the room didn’t work.

Pros:

Ok naman yung ibang room except yung may balcony.

Cons:

No towel, tv is not working, no wifi provided. Sana ininform kami in advance na no wifi yung room since nasa pinaka taas siya same thing with the tv. Dati ok yung taas may ilaw pa ngayon hindi na.
