Śniadanie, pokój, okolica
Dobra lokalizacja i czysto.
Overall, our stay was okay, but there were several things we were disappointed with.
The room description stated that complimentary toiletries were included, but there were none when we arrived. We had to ask the staff, and only then were we given three small sachets. There wasn’t even hand soap in the room initially.
The room description also listed a refrigerator, but there wasn’t one. We were told it was broken and were offered to store our food in the hotel’s kitchen, which was locked, so this was not a practical alternative. As a result, we had to throw away some of the food we had brought with us. No discount or compensation was offered, even though we paid the full price for the room.
In addition, there was no coffee machine, only one tea bag, one coffee sachet, and one small bottle of water.
The cleanliness of the room also needs improvement. There were cobwebs on the lamp, and we found dead flies and dust next to the bedside table and under the bed.
We hope the room description will better reflect what guests actually receive, and that issues like these will be addressed more promptly.

Skvělé snídaně, příjemná obsluha, dostatek místa pro parkování, klidné a velmi dobře dostupné místo.
Przyzwoity pokój, całkiem obszerny, w położonym na uboczu pensjonacie. Przestronna łazienka, w pokoju minilodówka, zestaw do parzenia kawy i herbaty. Są fotele, telewizor, stoliki nocne i lampki. Prywatny parking pod domem, sprawne wifi. Wszystkie informacje podane w esemesie przed zameldowaniem, nie było absolutnie żadnego problemu z wejściem, znalezieniem pokoju, odpaleniem wifi itp.
Rewelacyjne śniadanie w zastawie z Bolesławca (wybór serów i wędlin, jajecznica, jajka, pomidory, jogurty, owoce, ciasta i nie tylko) i przemiła Pani z obsługi, z którą odbyliśmy świetną pogawędkę o górach, ludziach, psach, kotach, chaosie urbanistycznym - i nie tylko.
Bardzo cienkie ściany, słychać wszystko z sąsiedniego pokoju. Na szczęście byliśmy tylko jedną noc i rzeczywiście tylko na samą noc, trudno sobie wyobrazić mieszkanie w takich warunkach przez tydzień.
Poduszki do wymiany.
Niejasna kwestia płatności. Czekałam, aż kwota zejdzie z karty, ostatecznie trzeba było zapłacić na miejscu. Gdybyśmy np. musieli wyjechać wcześniej, z pominięciem śniadania, wyjechałabym bez płacenia, pewna, że płatność zeszła. Warto byłoby gdzieś o tym wspomnieć.
Komunikace s majitelkou byla bez problémů. Okolí domu je klidné a pokoj je čistý. Ubytování splnilo naše očekávání.
