Pokoje Gościnne NAP

The nastiest place I stayed in during 10 years of travelling.
- On arrival, there were no check-in instructions, even though they had promised to send them before arrival.
We had to call and wait on the street for the instructions.
Other guests have apparently reported the same issue, but management has done NOTHING.
- The shower was leaking because of holes/damage in the bottom (see photos). The carpet next to it was wet and dirty from check-in (see photos). This issue had also apparently been reported before.
- The entire place was EXTREMELY DIRTY and covered in THICK DUST and GRIME (see photos). Some areas were so black they looked like MOULD and need proper inspection. The dust was even thick enough for someone to write “Adam was here” on it and appear on spider webs too (see photos).
- There was a BAD SMELL throughout the apartment. Every guest, de-facto signs up for breathing heavy dust (see photos).
- For around 120 EUR / 500 PLN per night, the place provided only hand soap and one towel per person. There was no shampoo, shower gel, or properly cleaned room.
- We booked a double bed for two people, but they provided only one bedcover. When we asked for a second one, they refused and said their double beds come with only ONE. That's actually funny.
- That one bedcover was HEAVILY STAINED, as were BOTH pillows (see photos). I cannot imagine how a hospitality business can keep bedding in such a condition.
- Does the management really expect people to drink from those cups left in the room? (see photos)
- The mattress was made of SPONGE material (see photos), something I have only seen in cheap student dormitories. That was not even the worst part.
- I strongly recommend staying away. The place needs a serious inspection by the relevant health authorities / Sanepid. Serious hygiene concerns. I am genuinely impressed by this experience—it is definitely a story I will be telling my friends: “How I stayed in Katowice for 120 EUR a night.”

Za tuto cenu nic. Jsem velmi spokojen.

Brak windy, klucze odbiera się pod innym adresem, są dodatkowe zwrotne kałcie, kuchnia wspólna

Немає ліфту, господар не надав інструкції до заїзду аж до 00:00, поки я сама не подзвонила, з мене зняли депозит, без мого дозволу, про який не попереджали, скрипіли ліжка, дуже шумно через вокзал

Brudna pościel, i brzydki zapach po przyjeździe z łazienki.

Panie sprzątające mogłyby bardziej postarać się o czystość , ale nie było tak źle

The most absurd check-in system on earth. The self-check in system does not work this way nowhere on earth. You have to go to the reception in another building to take the room key because you did not respond to their message on booking. In the message however they do not write directly that not responding to the message means not using self check-in. The company took an 80k EUR grant from the government for self check-in which does not work and the reception claims it works perfectly. The most absurd check-in system on earth.

Depozyt na poczet zniszczeń pobierany na początku pobytu w wysokości 50 zł (mało transparentna informacja, na bookingu można było to doczytać w zakładce “ważne informacje prawne”, uważam że informacja ta powinna być bardziej widoczna), recepcja znajdująca się w innym budynku, pokoje na 3 piętrze w kamienicy, co jest dość sporym utrudnieniem w przypadku ciężkich walizek. Pościel i ręczniki mogłyby zostać wymienione na nowe, mimo że były czyste, to i tak widoczne były oznaki zniszczenia ze starości.
