From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. A surcharge of 10 MYR applies for arrivals after 10 pm. Pros:

The location was good, for a private room the price is quite good

Cons:

The place is very run down, in particular the bathrooms and kitchen area could use some work. There were a lot of ants in the bathroom and the whole time I was there the drain in one of the showers was blocked so there was water everywhere

Clean place. The Location is perfect. In front of the river and in a quiet peaceful neighborhood. Nearby Jonker street

Walking distance to Malay, chinese, indian and pakistani restaurants with very reasonable prices
Few meters to convenient stores.

Pros:

Location was great and value as well also whenever I asked for something on WhatsApp they would reply quite fast. It was also clean and bed comfortable and thank god there was aircon cos it would be difficult without it

Cons:

The internet is not the strongest. First day it was ok but I don't know what happened on the 2nd and sometimes I had to use my own data...

Pros:

Vraiment proche du centre en marchant le bord de l'eau.
Équipements dans la chambre fonctionnels.

Cons:

La propreté des toilettes aurait pu être un peu mieux.
La literie pourrait être un peu plus confortable.

Hôtel simple mais efficace: proche du centre et de la rivière, entrée autonome, frigo, machine à laver.

Nous recommandons

Cons:

Seul petit bémol, si vous avez le sommeil léger et que ça ne vois dérange pas de ne pas avoir de fenêtre, je vous conseil les chambre un rez-de-chaussée, car il y a moins de bruit de la route.

Cozy stay in a nice, quiet location
Pros:

Quiet, comfortable, and clean. Kind host. Water provided was really nice and basics were provided. Towels available to rent and bed and room were comfortable!

Pros:

L'emplacement est idéal, le centre-ville de Malacca est accessible à pied. Les employés sont très sympathiques et nous ont donné beaucoup de recommandations à Malacca et en Asie.

Cons:

Les salle-de-bain n'étaient pas toujours très propres et il n'y a que deux douches pour beaucoup de chambres. L'insonorisation est très mauvaise. La chambre ne comportait pas de fenêtre.
