Important information:

From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. A surcharge of 10 MYR applies for arrivals after 10 pm. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.
Please note that a 2.5% bank charge will be applied to all the guests who use the credit card. This fee will be collected upon arrival.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Pros:

Hôtel simple mais efficace: proche du centre et de la rivière, entrée autonome, frigo, machine à laver.

Nous recommandons

Cons:

Seul petit bémol, si vous avez le sommeil léger et que ça ne vois dérange pas de ne pas avoir de fenêtre, je vous conseil les chambre un rez-de-chaussée, car il y a moins de bruit de la route.

Cozy stay in a nice, quiet location
Pros:

Quiet, comfortable, and clean. Kind host. Water provided was really nice and basics were provided. Towels available to rent and bed and room were comfortable!

Pros:

L'emplacement est idéal, le centre-ville de Malacca est accessible à pied. Les employés sont très sympathiques et nous ont donné beaucoup de recommandations à Malacca et en Asie.

Cons:

Les salle-de-bain n'étaient pas toujours très propres et il n'y a que deux douches pour beaucoup de chambres. L'insonorisation est très mauvaise. La chambre ne comportait pas de fenêtre.

В общем мне понравилось и было комфортно, но цена слишком высока.
Pros:

Удобное расположение, в пешей доступности до всех ресторанов и интересных мест, но достаточно далеко, что бы находиться в тишине и спокойствии. В комнатах на первом этаже достаточно прохладно и я почти не использовала кондиционер, пользуясь только вентилятором. Кухня, туалеты и душ, стиральная машина - все в хорошем состоянии и приятно для использования.

Cons:

Цена слишком большая за столь маленькую комнату со скрипучей кроватью, дешевым матрасом и синтетическим пледом . Стены и потолок не мешало бы покрасить и ,если сложно почернить пол, то хотя бы постелить ковер. Если бы цена была чуть ниже, то это было бы более адекватно данному уровню размещения.
