Pros:

Simple, no-fuss and clean. Good for a quick stay from the airport. I was helped with my baggage as I had a bit of trouble. The check in also went smoothly and was given all the info I neededed which I appreciate.

Cons:

The stairs going up to the room was really tiny so it's not possible to bring up a large luggage. Other than that, the room was okay.

Pros:

I had a few hours between flights so I booked a room to have a place to put luggage and shower. In the Paranique neighborhood with interesting narrow streets and authentic local culture. Close to airport.

Convenient
Pros:

Its a great quick stay property for layovers. Very convenient to the airport. There is also a nearby Jollibee and Mang Inasal.

Pros:

Close to the airport.
Comfortable room.

Cons:

I was in the air con attic room. The last flight of stairs is very narrow and steep, would be a struggle to take any cases or large bags up. I left my big bags downstairs. Also, the bathrooms are on the ground floor so a long way from the room.
