-darmowy parking
-zachowana wzorowa czystość
- wspólna kuchnia z lodówką
- możliwość siedzenia na podwórku przy stolikach
-pilkarzyki i stół do ping ponga
-mozliwosc zameldowania do 21

Cons:

fatalne ułożenie kontaktów przy łóżkach w pokojach z dwoma pojedynczymi. przesunięcie jakkolwiek powoduje, że łóżka łączą się ze sobą.
